It was my wife who found Richard. So many lawyers were introduced to her, some with more years of experience. She doesn’t care about the many years of experience that others had. She kept saying there was something about Richard and that she wants him to be our attorney. That was the best decision we ever made. Richard and his team turned out to be the most amazing set of people, amazing in every way. Richard is always busy but trust him to always call you back when he is done with his meetings. He walked the whole length of our immigration process with us. He explained in details what we are to expect and provided counseling whenever we are confused. In two years, our asylum application was approved!! It’s rare, it doesn’t happen very often. Everyone believes he must be some sort of a wizard or magical creature to be able to make this happen. My family and I are forever grateful to Richard Thomas Herman and his team for making our immigration process a stress-free one. I highly recommend him ! 101%!!

Hired Richard for consultation. My experience with this law firm was amazing! The staff was helpful and very organized. Richard was very clear and personable with regard to the specifics of my case. I normally don't give reviews unless an organization/business is absolute garbage or outstanding. Definitely 5 stars.

If yourself or anyone you know is looking for an immigration attorney or legal representation, I would recommend the Herman Legal Group,. Before you invest $1.00 or 1 minute of time calling and searching for representation who cares and is willing to work with a family or individual, please call the Herman Legal Group.I cannot express to anyone who may see this how thankful and amazed I am to the Herman Legal Group. I have made the mistake of going with a hometown immigration Attorney, due to the fact he was local and basically, the only one around. My first attempt with this hometown attorney was a disaster. After which I had contacted the Herman Legal Group. Immediately we were contacted and the ball was in motion. The staff and firm treated you as family, as friend, not as a client from day one and carried this relationship far after our interview. Additionally, due to the location, the firm worked with us via overnight parcel, scans and faxes to expedite matters, along with a flexible payment plan.The level of care and professionalism far surpasses any attorney I have ever dealt with, including those in California. The firms staff was very informative and their level of experience and expertise was extremely impressive. Myself nor my family could never show my level of gratitude to Richard Herman. From the bottom of my heart I say thank you and god bless you.

We have been engaged with the Herman Legal Group for about a year now to help us resolve a complex Visa issue. Richard, Charmaine, and their team have been nothing short of spectacular.
Richard and team treat us as if we are their only client. They have listened intently, gained a thorough understanding of the circumstances, presented every possible roadblock to our success, and devised comprehensive strategies to address each roadblock.

Richard and his team are an experienced group of professionals who value the rights of the immigrants above all else. They are up to date on the current immigration laws, including the most current executive orders by the president, and they sure do not back away from a fight. When my wife and I found Richard, many lawyers had dismissed our case as they deemed it too hard or impossible to win. However, Richard and his team's knowledge of the law, collective intelligence, and proactive strategies have resulted in a positive outcome. We still have a few more stages to complete to completely be out of the woods, but we are glad that Richard and his team is going to be there to help us in the next stages of our immigration journey. Wow, i must say, its not too often that you call a law firm and ask them if their services will help in our case, but this law firm is honest and said that the INS process is the process they will follow and by hiring our firm it will not make a difference. Great Honesty and will surely recommend them to others. Sorry i did not get the women Attorneys name.. she spoke to me a good 15 mins explaining all the steps.

My wife and I were referred here by friends and we are very pleased with level of service we received. Richard Herman and his associates took a personal interest in us and our lives; we were more than just their clients. We could not have asked for anything more from them as they exceeded our expectations and were very easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was a professional member of a strong team who helped us through the green card process without a problem. We highly recommend Richard Herman Legal group.

The quality of the work and people at the Herman Legal Group is second to none. We had a frustrating immigration snafu with my mother-in-law who is from Panama. Richard Herman and his team were able to solve it quickly and reasonably. I highly recommend them!
