  I have been holding some pain and tension for a long time, and decided to try a massage while on vacation. Liz was very accommodating in finding an appointment time for me. I didn't know what I needed, but let her know what I was experiencing. She performed myofascial release and also quietly explained what she was doing and why. It was transformatiive and a very relieving and healing experience. Therapy at the Beach is a great place where I was greeted and offered water, and led through an amazing experience. Highly recommend! And I will be back when I come back to the DE shore.

  I met with Dawn this past weekend for a facial and she did an excellent job! I had a couple of problem areas on my face that we discussed prior to the treatment and she was able to address them accordingly and I can see a huge difference following her personalized treatment. I would highly recommend her for your next facial!

  I have seen Steve for medical massage following a motor vehicle accident. His therapeutic modalities help me to manage my pain which is still ongoing. He's the best, I would recommend him to anyone with injuries resulting in pain.
