Not really a mall. There is a Roses and a grocery store. That's it.

It's a shopping center. The Food Lion is one of your best bets for groceries in OC. Parking lot lanes aren't very wide, spaces are tight and the entrance is a little wonky, so with a lot of tired out-of-towners trying to figure things out, it can get a bit hairy. But no big deal really.

Just went to the Food Lion real quick and I have to say this shopping center is just that. Was able to park and do what I have to do with no issues.

Crab cake factory was delicious, sensations was right nearby for shopping after and just a few blocks from our condo on120th.

Land is developed differently when you are only a couple of feet above sea level. Engineers often stay away from"different", a lot of east coasters won't get near California with its Earthquake section of the licensing. In the case of Ocean City, a lot could be learned about capturing rainwater on the surface to clean it from those who only have half a foot of depth from inlet to outlet.
