No one wants to be in a position to need physical therapy, but when your body is in pain it is the best thing you can do. I first heard of Therapy Solutions in 2010 when I had a torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder. I was fortunate to have Eric as my therapist. He was extremely knowledgeable about this condition and was able to explain to me exactly what was going on, and his attention before and after surgery enabled me to get through a very difficult time. More recently I have been dealing with a severe bout of spinal stenosis, and once again Eric has been invaluable. His diagnosis of the problem, projected timeframe, and course of therapy exactly matched my general practitioner's evaluation, and I am well on the road to recovery. His empathy and willingness to listen are extraordinary. I imagine that in this kind of practice one is constantly besieged with complaints and fears from patients who are suffering, and it takes an exceptional person to be continually able to listen and be empathetic.
I would also like to mention that Therapy Solutions now has a southside branch near Home Depot that is spacious and relaxing, so I'll bet that the original location near Body has a lot more room now as well. Finally, I'd like to compliment all the support staff---receptionists, schedulers and assistants who have been infallibly cheerful and helpful. What a warm, caring and comfortable environment. I enjoyed working with Erik and Fred, they helped me get my ankle back in great shape. I would highly recommend Therapy Solutions to everyone.

Eric. my P.T. was great, but the facility is tiny and sooo crowded, not even a place to sit sometimes in the waiting room. Perhaps this is just a result of being too popular. One of the reasons I picked Therapy Solutions was because they do needle therapy, but the one private room where they do the procedure was always occupied so it never happened. I went for therapy because I thought I had a sciatic nerve problem pain shooting down my leg. When Eric worked on me he said it wasn't sciatica, but in my hips, he could tell by the way I moved. he was spot on, X-rays confirmed his diagnosis and I'm scheduled for a double hip replacement. Eric gets 5 stars, the facility gets one or two stars, so I settled on a 3.

I started going to Therapy Solutions about 1 month ago. I have seen 5 different therapist's and I finally found the right one. His name is Erik Deproost. He does amazing work and has alleviated alot of my pain. I thank him and Therapy Solutions for the excellent work that they have provided. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!!

Two months ago I crashed on my bike and broke my collarbone. This was my first ever major injury and I had this idea I could figure it out on my own - which was definitely not working. I was in incredible physical pain; could barely walk; and couldn't accomplish much of anything on my own (including sleeping). I wandered into Therapy Solutions as kind of a last resort.
I was met by the competent and caring front desk staff and then met Erik and his team who greeted me on time and prepared for my assessment. Within 10 minutes Erik suspected I also had fractured my pelvis and advised me to seek further testing. Days later I would learn that I did have these more serious injuries which were the source of most of my pain and inability to walk. I was immediately impressed with Erik's diagnostic skills and focused energy to get me back to health.
The therapists and technicians at Therapy Solutions demonstrate a great deal of expertise and experience. These guys know their stuff. They seem to enjoy one another and sharing their good work which is a natural and effective clinic model. They run a tight ship and use their time with you wisely, while being respectful of your pace. I don't know where they find the patience, really.
I don't have the knowledge to understand the various treatments that were provided for me but I do know they all worked in a very short period of time. Erik and his partners have created a compassionate and healing environment that allows you to leave your fear at the door and get to the business of getting better. Their patience and humor were comforting and much appreciated. My team of Erik, Aurora, and Fred shared their expertise, yet were willing to listen to my ideas; were encouraging, yet set clear parameters around what would be most effective; and laid the groundwork for me to sustain a positive attitude while remaining realistic about my healing and recovery.
The therapists are also quick to share their knowledge and offered ideas that will support my health going forward.
Two months later I am back on my feet and pain free. If you're in trouble, don't waste your time trying to find the best place in Santa Fe for physical therapy. This is it!

I primarily work with Eric but have worked with two other therapists. Eric and Aurora helped me to heal from a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder a few months ago. It was so helpful that I returned to work with Eric to help me with gait and balance issues. Within 2 weeks my balance improved tremendously, better that I had experienced in 8 years. I'm well on my way to walking significantly better also. Eric is an expert in the field and he is just the nicest person to work with. He has a welcoming personality with a good sense of humor and is every so encouraging.
The front desk folks are always ready with a welcoming hello and a sincere farewell. The insurance person helped me to understand the issues better.
I highly recommend Therapy Solutions for any of your physical therapy needs.response / report this review
