I had a most wonderful experience at Woodhouse Day Spa! I had a deep sleepmassage by Vicki. She was absolutely wonderful and professional! I loved my massage and highly recommend her! All the other staff was wonderful as well! Very kind and professional. I loved the peace and quietness I experienced in the women's lounge room before and after my massage! I highly recommend Woodhouse Day Spa to anyone needing a relaxing time to themself!

Disguisting people to work for. Management is blatantly racist and treat employees like trash. High turn over rate. Takes advantage of employees using opportunities as stepping stones for a better job. Pay by race not experience. Only cares about customers money. Charges employees outstanding prices for required uniforms. Boycott the Wood House Day Spa!!!!! Your getting scammed.

Brittany was amazing!! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my facial. I've had facials at other places and they were not even as close to being as great as at the Woodhouse. I always feel so relaxed and pampered at this Spa! From the comfy robes to the glass of moscato by the fireplace the staff and environment always make me feel so refreshed!

My therapist for the 80 minute "relaxation massage" was amazing despite the fact that two rooms down someone was using a power drill. I was completely disappointed with the experience as I was unable to actually relax. Can you imagine paying good money for a spa experience and having someone think open hours are the time to use power tools?! Obnoxious.

I have gone to a lot of spas in major cities and the woodhouse Fort Wayne is on par with the very best. The spa is beautiful and inviting. When you walk in it feels like an oasis. Wonderful staff and products. If your looking for a high end spa it is in a class by itself in Fort Wayne.

I have been to the Woodhouse well over a dozen times. The first 6 times were 5 stars! However each time after has slipped 1/2 a star or so. The amenities are amazingbut things seem dirty and I almost get the feeling mold is growing around the steam room and showers. The staff are goodsame as w servicesit's slipped in rating. I would love to see the Woodhouse back to how it was 10 years agoAMAZING. Now it's just okw nice smelly showers and steam rooms.

Woodhouse Day Spa is a diamond in the rough. I have been to several day spas and I would say that Woodhouse tops my list. My husband scheduled a surprise spa day for me to include: Swedish massage, facial and pedicure. I was a little skeptical about whether or not I would be satisfied based upon the look/location as we drove up. Any reservations that I had were completely laid to rest as I walked through the front door (I guess I should have listened to my mother when she advised me not to judge a book by it's cover). The ambiance was extremely calming. The staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. The facility, while small, felt quite large due to the layout and was clean. All of my services were top notch. The ONLY disappointment I felt about my experience was that I had not had the time to experience more of the offered services. I will absolutely return in the future.
