Absolutely awful. I ordered a wine of a 2009 vintage and specifically selected NOT to ship another vintage, if my selection is unavailable. They ship 2012 instead, which is about 40% cheaper and much more easily available nearly everywhere, and never mention a thing, hoping that I would not notice the substitution. Well, I DID notice, and they tried to convince me that this much younger and much cheaper wine was the same value as the one I ordered (about $25 average price for 2012, vs. the $40+ for the 2009 I ordered and paid for).

Extremely knowledgeable staff, very good selection and reasonable prices. They carry not only wine, but liquor, beer and cheese as well. They also have sections of the store dedicated to cellar selections and rare and old wines which carries excellent stuff.
