The owner was so awesome! I called the night before for a last minute pedicure and she was happy to squeeze me in! When I arrived she told me to relax, offered a variety of drinks and snacks free of charge and made me feel waited on hand and foot! I was getting married that day and am pregnant, she was so kind about all of it. She even sent me home with a care package for my nails! I’ll be going back and recommending her to anyone!

So unhappy soy wax product was way to hot!! I have large burn marks under my eyebrows, I'd post a picture but it won't let me post pictures on this review for some reason. This also happened to others that I know after sharing what happened to me. And when I went in to show the owner all she did was tell me how it wasn't her fault and apologized for the inconvenience. No refund or anything. How unprofessional. I do not recommend. There are many other salons in Marquette I'd recommend for waxing.

I was so excited to find a cute place locally to have a pedicure. She wasn't friendly when I scheduled the appointment and I repeated twice the time and put it on my calendar. I am 6 months pregnant and couldn't wait for my appointment! I showed up about (4:10) 50 minutes early to have dinner next door (love Togos) and the spa appeared closed, although finding it strange I went to have dinner figuring my appointment was still a ways out. After I went to the door and it still looked closed and the door was LOCKED (4:55) at my scheduled time (5:00) I called and she was RUDE and said "your appointment was at 4:00, I am gone for the day". She took my number when I booked the appointment and never called when I didn't show at my "4:00 appointment". My husband even confirmed that I said 5:00 TWICE while on the phone with her. So bummed at the service I received.

Worst experience! New at this so I came in asking questions about what I could get and how it worked .. She seemed irritated. Going into my manicure she made my cuticles bleed and cut into the sides of my nails with aggression. She did the brides pedi and had nothing to say, even after we tried to ask about her business and experience. After the appointment and the undeserving tip she canceled the brides next appointment and asked us not to come back!! She didn't like my "big city" attitude and the insulting questions .?? We are home grown Yoopers so it was all very confusing so we happily left Interesting learning experience.

Worst Manicure Ever! Polish was bubbled and gritty day of manicure. Contacted the owner to express my concern and let her know that I was not completely satisfied and was requested some partial reimbursement for the quality of service. The owner was very rude and said she couldn't do that and that if I wanted free services, I should go to the cosmetology school. Not how the owner of a business should act if she wants any customers at all!

I was very dissatisfied with the waxing service I received from Bellissimo Spa. After returning home and noticing a very crooked bikini wax, I phoned the next day and requested to return and have it evened out. The owner of the spa was very rude, blaming the situation on me, and complaining that my requests were wasting supplies. While being waxed the owner answered the phone and continued to talk on her way out of the waxing room. During my second appointment, there was no robe provided, the owner opened the door of the room and walked out while I was still undressed with no robe to cover myself.
