The place is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean, staff are polite and very friendly too. It's a great place to visit in the winter and summer; they have very nice trails for riding your snow mobile on.

We went to the water park for the day. It was okay. The pool area was cold. We would swim a little and then run to the hot tub to warm up a bit. It only cost $5 a person so I'm not going to complain too much. The kiddos had a good time so it was worth it.

This hotel was awesome. The price was cheap, and the room was clean and plenty spacious. The only disappointment I had was the size of the water park. It wasn't small, but it was a little bit smaller than expected. Overall it was a very nice hotel with a nice and courteous staff.

Not a place for travelers with no children. Room was nice but we wanted to relax in hot tub and nothing but kids jumping in and no supervision. BIRTHDAY parties with kids throwing cake, smashing cake in each other's faces, hair and clothes then jump in pool. Where are parents? Hotel staff? Breakfast was just as bad as kids in dining area shirtless. Hotel states must wear shirt and shoes in lobby area. No enforcement of rules. They were out of bisciuts and gravy, guest asked staff and she said to him" do you want it cold?" Very rude.
Suggestion..have a separate area for adults only. Kids do not need hot tub with everything else you offer for them.

Was in the large gathering room for a club event. Pizza was provided by the bar on site and was delicious. Very nice setting. Good lighting.

Extremely disappointed. This place is run down and definitely not worth the money. Swarms of flies greet you as you exit the slides. One of 4 light poles was broken outside and laying in the grass, and two others were held together with duct tape. We saw them preparing for a wedding and they were pushing the dishes in old shopping carts. I just would expect a hotel that charges a minimum of $200/ night to have the funds to pay for what the facility needs.

It is a nice hotel. The last time we stayed there , it needed some updating, but the small water park is fun and they have an indoor / outdoor hot tub which is nice in the winter if they have it open.

They offer a Continental breakfast with your stay but its pretty basic and every day we were there they ran out of most items well before breakfast was over and the guy restocking did not wipe tables off or really restock much.

If you can get this on groupon its well worth the stay. IF you pay the rack rate or a sale , it is a bit more than its worth.

But its the North woods and your choices are slim, just do your research.

The staff are very nice. It's a little out dated in places, but still nice. The food is great and so is the service. It's not much of a water park, but it still is a nice pool and hot tub. It's a great place to stay if you are ever up north.

Awesome just awesome. Friendly staff. Water park is smaller but just the right size for Minoqua. Beds are comfy, room is awesome especially third floor with vaulted ceiling. Balcony is a nice plus. Even though there is a little renovation going on. It's nice to see they are putting money into this place, the tile floor is looking awesome. Looking forward to coming back here.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool even without the slides. The breakfast was the usual (waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc) but required notifying staff when something ran out. Not a big deal but definitely takes a star away. I would happily stay here again.

I was there for a wedding. The hotel is cozy, staff seems pretty friendly. (Didn't have much interaction with them). The venue that had the wedding ceremony was great. Would definitely consider coming back here for our next trip to northern Wisconsin.

Very nice stay. The beds are very comfortable and the man working at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the local area. Pool was very clean as was the entire water park. Would recommend
