I took my mother inlaws car in for her to get new brakes. They called back a hour after we left the car and said it does not need brakes just needs to be drove more. They could have put brakes on it anyway but they were honest
and only did the oil change. Not many places like this left. Thank you for being honest.

Thank you for your service and honesty. My Mother brought her Kia Sportage in for an oil change and replacement of breaks. To find out her brakes didn't need replacing. They dis replace the rear wiper which she wasn't aware needed to be replaced.

We are very pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of Dave & Dean's and will definitely refer to others.

I had a boat trailer tire blowout while on vacation in June, 2020. Dave and Deans not only fixed the tire but also the other two old tires for a very reasonable price. The best part they did this on the same day within 2 hours. Fabulous service. The attendant was courteous and answered all my questions. They even checked the bearings on my boat trailer.

I had an axle break on my snowmobile trailer and was fortunate enough to meet Rick, one of the partners, and he was nice enough to let me tow the trailer to his lot until I could figure out what I was going to do with it. Rick actually let me borrow his own personal snowmobile trailer to get my sleds to my destination in Star Lake. I also worked with Tom who was super understanding and a big help. Really nice guys that went above and beyond knowing I wasn't having any service with them. North woods hospitality, you can't put a price on that!

Always great customer service, the guys are honest, quick, and efficent as far as helping us get back on the road quickly. And they always do their best to get us the best price possible. Ive been a customer for 20yrs and counting.. Great place to get your tires and vehicle serviced.

I was in need of an oil change and a tire rotation before moving south, I received lackluster service, did not receive proper communication when my car was ready to be picked up, and my maintenance required light turned back on, one thousand miles after my oil change, even though their sticker guaranteed three thousand. Very disappointed with the poor quality service this shop had to offer. Would not recommend, and will never return to again.

Was there for the first time yesterday for four new tires and the service was 5 star with a great price on new Cooper tires.

Tom behind the counter was as helpful and pleasant as could be.

Connie was nice enough to give me a ride to and from a fitness center while my tires were installed in a very timely on a busy Monday morning. ( best of luck with your little one)

I will bring all future service needs here for all of my vehicles.

Thank you for a great customer service experience which is becoming harder and harder to find these days!

I'v been going to Dave & Dean's Quality Tires for over 8 years. They have always been there for tires and service's of both my vehicles. I was having problems with the tires on my car. I talked to Brad about the problem. He was good enough to contact the tire manufacturer in my behalf. As a result he was able to get all four tires replaced economically for me. Thank you for all you help!

I came in with two tires that needed to be put on. Took about 10-15 minutes not the problem, the problem was when I went to leave and realized that they did NOT even tighten the lug nuts on one tire at all!

July 4th weekend and it's busy in the Northwoods as well as Dave & Deans. They were quick to fix the leak in my tire and at a good price. Was happy to have something go fairly smoothly on my trying, required travel up north. Too bad I had a fender bender in thier parking lot as I pulled in.
