Great water, good service but they don’t do recycling of old bottles that is the biggest upset….

I love the quality of water, the customer service, and overall product I get from being a customer for nearly 20 years. I could only give 4 stars however because business hours are not customer friendly for individuals who work M-F 8-5. It would be wonderful if you considered staying open until 6 or even 8-12 on Saturday mornings.

I've been getting water from Water Boots since the Pandemic forced us to stay home and I couldn't get water at the office anymore. I love their Alkaline water. I've noticed a difference in the way I feel since I started drinking it and felt more energetic! They are also super friendly and have great customer service. That is always one of the MOST important things to me.

The staff here are always super helpful, friendly and personable. They're always available to help load your purchase if needed. Between myself, the roommate and the 4 dogs. We drink a lot of water. I stop by once a week to fill multiple 5 gallon jugs. Sometimes after business hours using the outside dispensers. (In 2 years only 1 issue using the outside dispensers) The alkaline is the best. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Highly recommended!
