Great food but lousy service. They recently fired their best bartender/waitress. Find some other place to eat.

Good wings. Decent beer on tap. But.half empty dining room and it still took almost an hour to get wings after we sat down. Ssllllloooowww service. Usually it's better. And you'd think they'd work harder with the Sawmill as the newer competitor. I don't know if I'll be back. Too many other really good options.

$29.13 ($34.00 w/tip) for 2 Hamburgers is INSANE! Now I have to figure out who is more nuts! Me for paying that much or the owners for charging that much! This is Oxford NOT the Main Line for crying out loud! Next time, next place, we will walk out! $17.00 for lunch in a bar in Oxford is crazy insane! Now I know why the place had 3 customers at lunch time - us and 1 other bar customer (liquid lunch)! They had 3 TV's on with no/low volumn & loud music Yeah, it's one of those places. I think the food biz owners in Oxford should bring in Chef Ramsey:-).

Good service, good food and good beer selection. Came in around 830 with group of 20 including 9 kids. They did great job taking care of us. Excellent wings. Good burgers and salads

Great food and great service. Different drink specials each night. I recommend it for a nice relaxing night out for dinner and or drinks.

Wings were spectacular. The food portion is huge and very tasty. I gave 4 stars due to staffing, only one waitress on a Saturday night.

Am new to the area, am a friendly, positive person (I grew up in the South). Had some guy's working on my house. . . stopped in to buy them some beer a Few Times. Younger female bartenders Extremely rude and very noticeably ignored me. Male patrons stepped in and ordered For me. I was very clean, and well-dressed---and embarrassed. Did not feel good about handing the girl my money. . . and especially not my standard over-tip. Yuck. Have heard the food is good but I'll never know. Couldn't drag me in there. Sad and a shame.

Me and my family are always looking for new restaurants to try, especially ones that aren't big chains, but it seems like were always disappointed in the end well not this time!!! The Ugly Mutt was an all around great experience! The food was amazing (I recommend the ribs) and the service was top notch! I have 13, 9 and 3 year old boys and all 3 ate all their food (which never happens) and not one had a single complaint about anything (which also never happens). The atmosphere is not so loud that you can't talk but not so quiet that I feel like my kids are the loudest in the place. It was an all around great time! We will definitely be going back! P.S. I don't usually tip 20% especially since at most places the service is far less than great but our waitress, I believe her name was stephani, was extremely friendly, on top of everything and she made my family feel like regulars!! she deserved every penny!!!!! I would recommend this place to my friends and family!!
