Incredible service all around!! From the staff in the office to the crews of workers, everyone was amazing and very professional! Work was quick and efficient, clean up was very thorough. Plus, the pricing was way more reasonable compared to other companies!! I will certainly recommend The Tree Corp to family and friends!!!
Very happy with The Tree Corp. They gave me a quote within a couple of days after requesting. Their price for the scope of the work was fair. Hired them to remove a large blue spruce and grind the stump. The team was on time, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely use The Tree Corp. again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree services.
I am sorely disappointed with the customer service and how things were handled.
What you think you might be getting could be quite different than what actually happens. I asked for trees that were hanging over the neighbors yard from the fence to be trimmed back. Seems to be a straightforward request, right? I didn't feel the need to be present at the time of the job because it was a simple request. What was done was 2 branches were trimmed back and I was charged $400 for the job.
Note to you: DON'T LEAVE THOSE TREE GUYS UNSUPERVISED. BE PRESENT FOR YOUR JOB AND DON'T ASSUME THEY KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.
Btw, that coupon in the book that they advertise for 10 % off? That doesn't apply unless your job is $500 or more. It doesn't say that anywhere in the fine print. Not sure if that has been fixed in their ads, I highly doubt it.
I called the office several times about it. Didn't get a return call regarding the job. I emailed and sent pictures. At one point, I did get a call from Rich and he said he would finish up the job and then I got silence. Pandemic halted everything.
First week in May, I knew they were up and running bc I saw them at my neighbors house. How nice of of them to remember the job they were suppose to do for me, NOT. After all, once they collect your money, you may not be considered a valued customer anymore.
I have left numerous messages with Kim and no further response from the company. If I could upload a picture of my unfinished job here on this review, I would. Lucky for them that we are in pandemic mode otherwise, I would take Tree corp to court, but I don't want to be reminded what a headache they have been. That is how irritated I am with the poorly executed job and poor customer service.
The Tree Corp was referred to me. Kim helped me schedule an appointment for Rich to provide an estimate. This job was for a subdivision park with several bushes to be shaped and trees to be removed. During the estimate, I mentioned to Rich that plywood needs to be laid down on the park path because it cannot handle the load from their trucks. A few weeks later, the crew came out but had no idea they had to bring plywood with them. They had a bobcat/ skid steer but didn't want to use it because it's too time consuming. They left and I called to reschedule the job. I was told that they'd put me on the list and call me back as they schedule one week at a time (and their upcoming week was already full). One week had gone by and since I had not heard from them, I called. I talked with Jennifer, who said she is Rich's wife. Great. She told me that they lost money because of me. She also said Rich isn't interested in doing the job if they need to supply plywood. I told her that I would lay down plywood for the crew and that I still wanted to move forward. She said she will ask her husband and let me know. Another week and a half goes by but I had not heard back so I called and talked with Kim, who by the way, is very nice and pleasant to speak with. However, she thought I was already scheduled and hands the phone to Jennifer. As soon as she gets on the phone, the only thing she says to me is Rich doesn't want my business. I thought maybe the first time talking with her, she was having a bad day, but after the second time, I've concluded that she is disrespectful and unprofessional all of the time. I did not appreciate her attitude and for not following through and calling me back. I was lead on for weeks to find out - by me calling them - that they don't want me as a customer. That's not how you do business.
Excellent job and full clean-up. We had a 50 year old maple tree that fell in our back yard. Their estimate was very good and they cleared the tree the next day. We will use The Tree Corp again this fall for our two Oak trees that need trimming. Highly recommend.
