My boyfriend (Now fiance) called last Wednesday to reserve a room at the Inn. See it was the weekend he was going to propose to me. The lady said we had the room with the tub in it. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to get there. When we arrived Sunday evening there were no keys with our name on it. We had no room! It was never reserved!! You can imagine our disappointment. We had to find a last minute room for the night. I think this is poor and very unacceptable business mismanagement. We have stayed there before and loved it. Not sure how if we will ever stay again.
Beautiful bed and breakfast! Tasty home cooked breakfast. The best night sleep I've ever had away from home!
Great place to stay! The beds were amazing.
Absolutely a wonderful place to stay..staff are just like family and the other clients were so friendly and pleasant..ready to go back
The Towers is lovely. The building is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are beautiful, yet homey. Breakfast is great and the staff is wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Really nice place to stay.. and beautiful house..
We've stayed in a lot of Inn's and B&B's. The Towers is THE BEST Ever. Every detail in this Victorian mansion is perfect. Solid brass, antique glass, authentic period pieces decorate the Inn beautifully. Our bed was like a cloud. Every inch of the Inn is impeccably clean, no dust anywhere. The breakfast served in the large 12 seat oak dinning table room had everything one could crave, from fruit and yogurt to waffles, eggs, sausage and drinks, to muffins and banana cake. Everything was delicious. Our server/cook, Jennifer was gracious and friendly, as well as informative about the Inn.
Ridgway is a lovely town, and I believe The Towers is it's gemstone.
