It's a good place for American fare. Is it fantastis? No, by no means, but for burgers, breakfast served 24 hours, and they do make a really good black & white milkshake, not terrific mind you, but really good.
Does this place knock your socks off? No, by no means, but for good American food, it's worth the trip.

Okay, I've never in a million years thought I would give a Diner 5 stars. There is always something wrong with a Diner, but not this one. I've been going to Springfield Diner ever since I moved to Secane in January 2017. My husband and I like to come here for breakfast on Sunday's, and neither of us have ever had a bad meal. They even have the Chamomile tea that I drink, and its rare that you find that at a Diner. Their cheese blintzes are soo good, they are my go to! If you are looking for a good Diner, try this place out. Fast service, great food, and responsibly priced.

There are a few diners like this one where the menu is loaded. There's so many things to choose from. The serve breakfast all day/night, have dinner specials, as well as Greek specials. The seem to have a pretty good selection of desert items as well. The waitstaff are friendly, the food is great every time I go, and the atmosphere doesn't seem too hectic and loud. Although, I'm sure it can get pretty busy on the holidays and special weekends.

I've always had a pleasant experience here. Stop in and grab a bite.

I rated 3 stars because the best meals here are only the breakfast foods. I have tried eating supper here, not good. I will only return to order breakfast. They have great desserts. I am not one to give a higher rating than a place deserves, so, when I say I will only eat breakfast or take home a dessert, I mean it.

Standard diner fare. Stick to the diner staples and you should not be disappointed. Sometimes a wait during peak times. My wife and I have dined here many times and the service has varied widely, on rare occasions it has been unacceptable. One of the better diners on this side of the Jersey border, though. Deserves three and a half stars but I am limited to full stars only.

Good food fairly prices and a lot of it. Desserts are fabulous and there is a bakery to take goodies home. You can order an entire Thanksgiving Meal here and bring it home. It serves 12 and as of this writing about 120 dollars. The chicken parmesan is amazing.

It's your typical Diner but what makes this Diner special is they have a ray of food choices that you can select. We all ordered a diversity of food from your burgers and fries two chicken marsala and everything in between. The wait staff is very friendly and the service was right on. Definitely will frequent this Diner when I come back.

Definitely looks like a great place. Food was good. Sundays are impossible to find seats. However we got an inexperienced waiter who messed up our order. I wish they had better trained the staff.

One of the better diners to which I've been in the area. On a Sunday near lunchtime/early afternoon, there was a bit of a wait, but not dreadful. I had a Spanish omelette (never having had one before and there was no description in the menu), and was not terribly impressed. The tomato filling wasn't awful, but the eggs were very nicely done.
My friend got a chicken wrap, which she said was good, but the hummus was rather watery. We did absolutely love the fries.

Best dinner in the area. Great selections, fast service. Great baked goods. Large portions. Gets crowded but they move quickly

Usually love the place but it has gone downhill. Top priced dinner dishes are way under par. Do not order a steak. But I'm tempted to give 4 stars because of a decent lunch selection.

My wife is from NJ, which she believes to be the diner capitol of the world. This place calls that whole notion into question. We went there during peak hours and the whole 35 acre parking lot was packed to the gills. I (weakly) joked to my friends that the wait would be 2 hours. Then we (two couples with three kids total) were told ten minutes. Ten. Freaking. Minutes. I was incredulous The reality? About a minute and a half - No joke! That's not even the end of my raving: the service was fast and amicable. There must've been thousands of people in this joint and we were served swiftly. Amazingly quickly. And they had a reuben burger Um, did I say that correctly?! No, it couldn't be and yet, it is: A REUBEN BURGER.

My first and only experience was not a good one. I ordered the broiled lump crab cake dinner. It came with three good size cakes, a salad and two sides, I chose corn and mashed potatoes. The crab cakes were cooked with an empowering amount of garlic. It was awful, I couldn't even eat it. For $17.95, I sent it back. They removed the meal from the receipt but still charged me $11.00 for the salad, mashed potatoes and corn. Ridiculous! That is awful customer service! I won't be returning there again!
