They should list on their website that the last opportunity for a dog wash is 1 hour before the business closes.
I rushed from work down to their location to get my pup a quick wash only to find out the above once arriving and wasting my time.
Their recommendation, well we open tomorrow morning at 9. Maybe so, but my work schedule does not conform to their store hours. List ALL of the info a customer should need on your website.response / report this review -

Just moved to the area . This place is amazing ! The staff was super helpful I highly recommend taking your dog here if you like self bathing .

Very friendly owner and clean place! Don't have to clean up the massive amount of dog hair that is removed, so that's a plus! If you want to wash your own dog, this is the place for you!

Go see Andalynn! She was a lifesaver on our difficult puppy. I can't thank her enough for what she was able to accomplish with grooming him.

This place is wonderful!! The staff is amazing and very helpful! I can't thank them enough. They helped this uninformed person with grooming tips and even gave me scissors to use to remove some stubborn mats! Thanks again!!

Been here several times.find staff unfriendly and not very helpful. Owner's daughter is rude and very judgemental about your dog's behavior.

.I've been to Soggy Dog 3x now w/ my lovable but unruly black lab Spartacus. We love it. I never had to ask for help they always offered first.The prices are incredibly low and the staff is super friendly. If you're looking to try a self wash doggy wash come here first you won't be disappointed.

I enjoy this dog wash. Our great dane does too. If your looking for a nice elevated tub that can accommodate large dogs. This is your spot. They have a very nice selection of dog treats and food. As for soaps, I would recommend plum silky. Leaves our dogs coat nice and smooth with a scent that is plesent.
