This is a wonderful, warm community. Great curb appeal, very friendly homeowners. They also do some customizing which is unusual these days. Models are decorated beautifully worth the drive to view. Sales manager is easy to work with!!!

Absolutely love my new home. Everything about my experience with The Sanctuary at Plum Brook was, and still is, amazing. After going through some of the model homes, my wife and I were so excited to call it home. We still had to sell our house at that point, but the great team at The Sanctuary at Plum Brook got us hooked up with an awesome local Realtor who was able to sell our house and get us moved into our new home in no time. They walked us through every step of the way and made sure we understood what was going on at all times. We love our neighbors, love our community, and love the decision we made to move to The Sanctuary at Plum Brook.
