Best coffee in town. Love the Brookside Bob, minty chocolate flavor. Air roasting makes a difference and gives the coffee a mellow flavor. Andre chocolates featured too.

Nice place, clean, coffee is comparable to Starbucks, and like Starbucks I wasn't impressed with their lattes. Could use better toilet seats, they don't like to sit evenly on the toilet.

Roasterie is good coffee. In Kansas City area, I haven't found better coffee. Topeka's Classic Bean is far more superior coffee than the Roasterie. The best coffee I've ever had is Gravel City Roasters in Emporia, KS. The coffee there is well worth the drive. He starts w/great beans & the beans are to a light roast. That way you'll taste the hints fruit, caramel & chocolate that coffee beans naturally have. Most roaster over roast their beans.

This place is a true 3rd wave coffee shop, probably the only one in a large radius (I can only think of Kaldi's at 75th St). Good quality coffee, great and knowledgeable baristas, freshly roasted beans and exotic brewing equipments. I love how they set up the pastries from different pastry shops in a neat way, so you can either browse them all or go straight to the treats from your favorite baker.

Recently visited over the weekend. I am confused at the changes taking place as far as cleanliness and customer service. Don't get me wrong coffee is good but, this place has changed.

Nice place to study. One of the only coffee shops to stay open late. (Past 8pm) like what I'm used to in Texas.

This was one of my favorite places to study in College. Great coffee and great snacks. They have tons of outlets and the Wi-Fi is good too.

Really nice, cozy, atmosphere with friendly baristas and good selection of drinks. Ideal for meetings and interviews if you want to impress your guest/client by not taking them to a generic starbucks!

While the coffee is good, the staff is not. The last few times the guy with the neck and hand tattoos was rude for no reason. As my coffee order was wrapping up, I simply extended my hand to take it back. Instead of handing it back to me, he looked at me and dropped it on the counter. Totally unprovoked considered all I did was order an iced latte. I've come to this location for years and he is the reason I won't come back.
