  My wife and I had a leak from our recessed light in our living room. Mighty Dog put a cricket on the roof due to a previous sales reps recommendation. That didn't work and the leak continued to occur. Jon, Chris, and the office manager did a great job in correcting the issue. They made sure the issue was taken care of.

  We had our roof replaced this week by Mighty Dog Roofing, and we are very pleased. We have never "endured" a roof replacement before, and we were not looking forward to the experience, especially since we have three dogs who were going to be very stressed. But from start to finish, all went well. The staff who provided the estimate and inspected the roof were friendly and professional. And the installers were polite and friendly and extremely capable. Our two-story house has several very steep peaks, so this was a challenging job for them, but their work was excellent. They showed up on time, finished the job in a timely fashion and were very conscientious about cleaning up the mess. They even installed gutter guards for us! We recommend this company highly.

  I contacted Mighty Dog about roof repair for my older mobile home. The entire process was amazing, from the initial contact to the actual repair. My roof had a lot of rust and it was questionable if it could even be fixed. But Mandy went above and beyond to come up with a solution. Erik and Sergio did the repair and they were both awesome. They explained the process and materials to me, took pictures and answered all my questions. Mandy kept me updated throughout the entire process as well, including several in person visits. I would highly recommend Mighty Dog for your roofing needs!

  Roof Roof was more than excellent. Very polite and professional. He was very helpful. He really cared to help me and not just to sell me a product. Most importantly warranties. I have used them before at my old home, so I had them on speed dial. I recommend Roof Roof 100%.

  My husband and I are so happy with the installation of our new roof. I want to say a special thank you to Sean Mowery with RoofRoof who came and spent time with us, worked directly with our insurance company on site and over the phone to accomplish covering not only our home but our detached garage and pool house. Sean prepared us the time frame to start, finish and the clean up all of which were done on time. Sean and his crew were professional, kind and respectful. RoofRoof kept us informed from start to finish and were very detailed in follow up even after the job was complete. Being in real estate myself, I have many clients that have used are equally as satisfied. THANKS Sean and ROOFROOF!!!!!!!!!!!

  Roof Roof disappointed me fully. I called them to take a look at my roof where I was experiencing internal leaks. We have had a lot of major storms in our area. The rep came out, and basically after hearing who our insurance company was, the rep just stated due to the age of your roof they probably won't cover it, but to call him when the adjuster was coming out. We called to let him know, and the response we got was, "well due to the numbers of customers with damage I may not be able to make it out there at that time." This basically told me that because he thought our insurance would not cover our roof, that he didn't want to "waste" his time. Needless to say he did not meet with the adjuster. Our insurance covered us for a new roof and I WILL NOT call Roof Roof to do the job due to the uncaring professionalism.

  My husband and I recently approached Roof Roof because our roof had extensive storm damage. Matt from Roof Roof was our first point of contact and he was outstanding throughout the entire process. He even met with our insurance adjuster to ensure that we received a fair assessment of the roof damage. Due to Matt's extensive knowledge and established rapport, the adjuster readily approved the insurance claim.
  We really appreciated how Roof Roof's staff stopped by before, during, and after the roof installation to ensure a smooth process and a job well done. The installation crew arrived early, worked late, and cleaned up thoroughly. Also, our new roof looks terrific; a vast improvement over the old one.
  My husband and I recommend Roof Roof without hesitation. They truly made the experience pleasant and satisfying from beginning to the very end.
