It's was a hot day in August, I was in need of libation, I happened upon a quaint little place called the Red Caboose Restaurant and my experience began. As I walked in I was instantly welcomed by Alisha, Marcy and Julia. (Not only smoking hot but nice too) After much debate I settled on a Sea Dog Sunfish Summer Wheat. Great experience and totally fulfilled by the atmosphere and company.

Ate here with family while attending a nearby baseball tournament. Sat outdoors adjacent to a plaza. There were some bizarre people hanging around that plaza. Harmless, but colorful. Someone asked us for a donation, but we politely turned her down. Entree choices were limited on the Monday evening that we visited, but everything we ordered was very good. Tacos, corn chowder and squash soup, lamb burger, and kids' meals which included mac and cheese and chicken tenders w/fries were all exceptional. Cocktails were pricey, but we enjoyed them nonetheless. Service was good but everyone's meal came out at a different time. Odd pacing. First time for us and it's unlikely we'll return as we live in the Midwest, but we would be sure to recommend The Red Caboose to other travelers.

I have been to this Establishment previously for brunch and was satisfied with the experience. This weekend we came up from NYC and wanted to enjoy brunch on Valentine's day. I called Friday and 4 p.m. and spoke to a woman that told me the brunch was starting at 12 noon and a reservation was not required. When I arrived Sunday at noon I was greeted with " do I have a reservation?" When I informed them of who I spoke with Friday they said the woman must have just meant that they were full, eve though there were empty tables behind them. They proceeded to tell us we can have brunch at autumn cafe. Then the manager proceeded to come over and tell us there was nothing he could do to accommodate us and told us to go somewhere else. This is the last time I will take my business there and will proceed to share this story with the numerous restaurant enthusiasts I associate with.
