Great service and even better experience. The manager was very friendly and had some great stories, you don't get this service anymore. The prime rib was excellent.
Although the general property has seen vast upgrades this past year, The Loft unfortunately has remained the same in both décor and food quality. Had a table of six for dinner, thought we were at the McDonalds drive through by the way everything was rushed. Quality of the appetizers poor especially for the price, have had better shrimp from the freezer section of the local grocery. Entrees almost acceptable but not nearly worth the cost. Service almost adequate and the ambiance non existent. If you know nothing about fine dining this is the place to go!
After waiting almost an hour our food came. The corn soup was something like you would get from a can. I ordered the prime rib and my family the steak. Both were disappointing at best. The potatoes were also disappointing with a lack of flavor. I am not sure what has happened at this place as it used to be an excellent restraunt which was extremely disappointing.
As this was one of our favorite restraunts and now ranks as one of the worst meals we have had in vegas, I don't believe we will be coming back.
Every year we come to Vegas for Memorial Day weekend. Every year we go to the Prime Rib Loft as many times as possible during our stay. Every. Single. Time the food has been nothing short of spectacular and so inexpensively priced for the quality! We are torn between telling everyone about this hidden gem or just keeping the secret for ourselves!
P.S. Indulge yourself with the Bananas Foster Out of this world!
I was very upset with waitress and food. It was so high price for a 10 oz steak and with potatoes with cheese taste so bad and the steak was not good too fatty. I know we had 15 people in the group that we pay 18% service fee.
Always enjoy a huge hunk of Prime Ribseasoned and cooked to perfection. ..
I got food poisoning n got sick right away I felt nauseas even before I finished eaten it. Food was salty. Waiters was nice tho. But I was sick all nite n most of the morning. It ruined my evening n morning fun.
We had our wedding reception dinner here on the 9th of March and it couldn't have been better. The price was spectacular and so was the service. They allowed us to order off of the menu because they weren't real busy and that was awesome because everyone got what they wanted and the food was great! Had a little issue with a broken glass and the staff handled it perfectly! I would definitely recommend stopping into the Prime Rib Loft when you are in Vegas!!!
