Great experience with Tim and his team. I was a first-time buyer with a busy work/travel schedule. When I had an inconvenience on my end, they were quick to find a resolution to help maintain timelines/deadlines.

This was the best experience I have had in the process of buying a house! Adam, Nathan and Tim got all of our paperwork done super fast and got us a closing date 2 weeks early! Couldn't ask for a less stressful experience! Definitely will be referring to my friends and family!

Tim and his team closed my loan in record time. From the very start they were consistent in keeping me updated, informed, and they helped with keeping me positive when I was stressed out in a crazy market. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.
