  I would highly recommend Brickwood Mortgage and especially Pat Kennedy! He was very patient with me as my husband and I went through the steps of getting qualified for our home loan, and even followed up with us the day after our closing on the home, which I wasn't expecting. He definitely went above and beyond every step of the way, and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for a new home loan, or a refinance on an existing loan. I will definitely tell all my friends in the Upstate of SC to use Brickwood if they're looking for a home here at the beach!

  Patrick is the best! Highly recommended. Efficient and top of the line. Patrick was able to get me into my new house earlier than expected! On top of that was able to lower my rate on my down payment.
