Only stayed one night but the location was ideal for us with Ski in/out and easy access to the gondola to take you over the mountain into Telluride. The room was nice and had recently been renovated. Nice fitness area, outside seating, restaurant. Fantastic views. The only downside was that the hallway noise at night comes right through the door into the room. Not sure why they can't put a better door in to help dampen the sounds. We'll go back, though.

Very nice hotel. The room I stayed in was average though it was the cheapest room option in the whole place, so I’m not quite sure of the quality of the more expensive options.
The restaurant on site was great! The service was excellent and they have plenty of room to lounge around in the lobby/common area.
The gym and spa were very nice and definitely a perk if trying to keep up a fitness regiment.
The only really downside is it is a little bit of a hike getting to lifts and gondola. I say that in terms of being a ski in ski out option. It’s like a 5 min walk to get to anything really. I know that’s important to a lot of people including myself when looking for a hotel in a ski resort.
But all in all, if you’re looking for a resort that has pretty much everything you need right on the property, this is a great option.response / report this review -

During our stay in December 2022, my wife was badly injured at the Peaks Hotel. She slipped on ice getting out of their hot tub and severely hurt her ankle and leg due to them having no signs posted or any warnings about ice around the hot tub. They also did nothing to prevent or remove the ice from building around the hot tub. The injury greatly affected the rest of our stay in a very negative way. The injury prevented us from doing many things and left my wife suffering in pain for almost the entire stay. Even worse, the Peaks Hotel refused to do anything about the injury or help us at all. The Peaks Hotel refused to take any responsibility for the entire incident and furthermore provided horrible service after the injury. On top of that, we were left with over a thousand dollar bill from the emergency room where they took her after she fell and hurt herself. They completely ruined our stay due to their gross incompetence and negligence with the entire matter. We really tried to work out something with them repeatedly, but they refuse to take any responsibility or do anything to remedy the situation. Thus, I would highly recommend staying anywhere else in beautiful Telluride, other than the Peaks Hotel. Otherwise, stay there at your own risk!

Awesome location! Pretty much all of the services were great. I'm not a fan of the parking fees but that seems to be the new thing 😔. My wife left an electronic device in our room and it was found and returned, which was great 😃. It's only a short walk to the gondola which takes you right into town 👍🏼

The location, proximity to the Gondola and Views where absolutely amazing. However the customer service and rooms where absolutely terrible. We were placed in rooms where the equipment didn’t work, it was very outdated, walls and bathroom accessories falling apart, the beds where uncomfortable, the lobby was very basic and small. It was like only two families could be in there or there was no where to sit. The Front Desk person was rude especially Olga. When we had certain questions like how to use a large unit that was in our window with a tube that was in the floor that we would later learn it was a non working air conditioner, they were insulting and disrespectful The unit that was in the room hung out of the window and blocked the small view we had. Even when I had a package comes which I had informed the hotel it would come and how important it was before I even arrived. No one ever informed me it was delivered. They couldn’t even answer the basic question if the package came and we had to keep calling back and figuring out when we could get the package which we paid almost $200 to get here before we left. It just saddens me because I’ve seen Hampton Inn’s and Motel 6 with better service, cleanliness, and friendly people. It’s certainly not worth they charge unless you only care about the views from their patio.
