I am in every almost every Monday and out that Friday. The drivers are very helpful and anytime I have ever needed assistance, they jumped to help. Checking out is quick and it is nice to get that bottle of water on my way out after being on a plane for hours. I would highly recommend them.

My boyfriend parks here all the time when we go out of town. Checkout is always slow, I've never seen more than one check out open. This time we took my BRAND NEW car, came back to a lovely dent on my bumper. When I noticed it in brighter light in our home garage I called and she didn't even care and didn't even try to help.

Simple to Park, Simple to get a ride to/from ATL and simple to depart! Had a coupon and it made it even better! The FREE Coke upon departure was very pleasant. Thank you Parking Spot 1!

My car was parked safelyI was picked up quickly for departure ..upon arrival back to Atlanta we went out from arrivals and saw a shuttle back..the guy wouldn't give us a ridesaid he couldn't pick us uptold us to walk to grounds So we walked almost a half mileand guess what??? The same driver who said he couldn't pick us up was waiting there.POOR customer service. I was ticked.

This place is tops in customer service. On a previous trip I realized at security that I had my pocket knife. I tracked down a Parking Spot bus and asked the driver if he could take it back to the lot and put it somewhere until I returned. Long story short - they had it waiting for me when I drove up to the check out window. On this trip I had trouble getting access to the web site to use points to reserve a space. After just a couple of emails, this was handled seamlessly and it worked just as planned for my trip. Wouldn't dream of parking anywhere else.

After reading reviews, I decided to reserve a spot at The Parking Spot for our flight out of Atlanta. There was no wait at all, when we arrived. The driver helped us load our bags into the van, and we were at the airport within 15 minutes. When we arrived back to ATL, we walked right from our flight out to the area where the vans were parked. A van was there, and once again, the driver helped load our bags. We were back at our car well within 15 minutes. Since this was my first time to use The Parking Spot, I was able to use a coupon for a great discount! Checkout was easy and quick and we were offered a drink to take with us. Overall a GREAT experience. I've already started recommending The Parking Spot to my friends and family!

This is my go-to parking spot when flying out of ATL. A bus will pick you up from you car the moment you step out. You will be taken to the airport in under 15 minutes. The return trip is a similarly wonderful experience; you'll get a free coca cola product on your way out. Joining the Spot Club is great for swift entrances, speedy exits, and earning free parking days.

Very friendly and courteous employees. Even though a shuttle was driving by, instead of simply continuing past and parking, the driver took the time to tell us another shuttle was on the way to take us to the international terminal. Drivers got out and grabbed our bags!!! Great way to begin and end a trip.

Great service and friendly staff that always goes out of their way. I've been parking here for seven years and they are always prompt and courteous. And, if you have any problems they bend over backwards to make it right, even if they didn't cause the problem!!

I've been parking here for about 15 years. The staff is helpful with luggage and quick to get you to the airport. They have both covered and uncovered parking. Be aware though, there are two locations, so be sure to get on the right bus when you return.

Drivers are always helpful and can't beat the price for covered parking. Cashiers are also incredibly friendly.

Always a good deal and usually a coupon is always available. Much better than trying to park at the airport. Car is safe and secure at the Parking Spot!
