It’s great how the shuttle to the terminal is ready right when you park and right by your car. The shuttles also arrive very frequently to pick up in the terminals and drop you off right at your car. The drivers assist with luggage and there are water bottles available when checking out. Great service!

I’ve been using the parking spot for the last 6 months since I started a new high traveling job and I’ve always been super happy with the Parking spot in KC. Friendly service that is quick. I mean 10 minutes from parking to my security check point. Prompted in writing this review today because the parking spot scoured their lot for a jacket I had dropped a few weeks back and FOUND IT!!!! So thankful for the attentive, fast, and friendly customer service I received.

I have used The Parking Spot a few times and really do appreciate the convenience of it, especially given that I live 45 minutes from the airport and finding someone to drive me isn't always easy and oftentimes inconvenient. It's easy to reserve a spot and the process is streamlined. They take you right to the terminal, give you a ticket with your car location number and you're good to go. Getting back to my car wasn't as fun, but that was just because it was cold and rainy -- not in anyway the fault of the Parking Spot. Their shuttle buses are clean and the drivers are friendly. The staff at the gate is always super friendly too. Watch for coupons, as it can get pricey but for a few days it's definitely worth it in my books!

Miserable experience, twice! I tried the parking spot and both times I got the manure.
I decided to try Parking Spot after using another parking facility for the last several years and having some trouble with them recently.
My first use was just a quick overnight:
I made a reservation ahead of time online and arrived with it in hand. I scanned the barcode and the gate popped open so I began to pull through only to be yelled at by an attendant in the office. Apparently he needed to tell me what aisle to use; fair enough but try a little courtesy. He told me 17B so I started in, well 17B is covered and I didn't reserve covered so the gate there wouldn't let me in. I went instead to 7B thinking I must have misheard him. Once parked there I waited for few minutes and was shuttled to the airport. When I returned I made it to my car without issue but could not self checkout at the gate. I had to back up and move over to the manned checkout where I waited while the attendant tried to fix my reservation. A reservation I made on their website and scanned on my way in. The attendant was courteous but their system stinks.
Second try, figured everyone has a bad day. One week later I made my reservation and arrived at the entrance. I tried to scan my reservation as before only to have TWO attendants yell at me that their system is down (could you post a sign over the scanner or stand at the gate instead of just yelling??). I was then sent to a parking slot and waited and waited for a shuttle. Off we go to the airport; shuttle driver was great. Again, I return and no self checkout. I reverse and move to the lane with a human. This time he is not helpful and I sit, not kidding - my car has a clock, for more than 20 minutes waiting for him to run my credit card.
Just because your motif is a cow pattern does mean you have to act like one and move slow as one for your customers.response / report this review -

My first experience with The Parking Spot and very pleased. Love the door to door service and used a great deal 7 day coupon that made it worth it for sure. I only leave a 4 star because their is NO sign at their entrance so we over shot it. I could be wrong, but pretty sure there isn't even a street sign where you turn in to reference. You can't see anything from the entrance so you don't know where it is until you've passed it and already on way to Economy parking or airport. And Google wasn't sure either. It's a ways to the turn-around when you're jamming for time. It's a no-brainer - put up a sign! Other than that - great place. Thanks -

This was our first time flying out of KC and leaving behind our vehicle which made us alittle nervous. The friendly service we received from the time we were checked in until we were checked out made it obvious that this place is a travel necessity. We even got complimentary bottled waters which was nice after a long day of traveling.

Park here most every week! Always greeted w a smile, picked up w a friendly greeting and depart w a cold water bottle and a thank you! Love their kindness, makes the stress of flying each week so much better!

While this might be the best of the terrible choices to park at MCI, prepare yourself for overcrowded shuttles and slow service. The 5-7 minutes stated on the website is a JOKE, the app is completely worthless unless you want to torture yourself with shuttle unavailability, and once you get back to the lot be ready for 20 minutes of going up and down acres of aisles. I would gladly pay extra if they would slow to a roll at the entrance and I could jump and walk and get 30 minutes of my life back.

As a business traveler, I love the parking spot because it provides me door-to-door service. I never have to search for my car in a dark parking lot which gets me home quicker!

Parking was extremely easy to book. The coupon I found was fantastic. I saved about $30. The options they offer may be something I try in the future. The best part, everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely use them again.

Drivers were exceptional, friendly and helpful. BUT The people in the booth were terrible! I reserved for covered parking for 4 days and a full car detail. We came home to a dirty car and barely an apology let alone an explanation of why they were so lazy then it took them a week to refund the money to my card. Also presented the coupon for discounted rates at the booth but they charged us full price! We were so tired from our trip that we didn't notice that until now. I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to put in something to post the review and I guess the shuttle drivers earned that.

Convenient location, convenient shuttles and reasonable pricing. Recently expanded covered parking is great. And I like the ability to make a reservation (for free) for my parking.

Make your reservation on line & check for discount coupons. It does cost more for covered parking, which I didn't use. I was picked up within 5 min. after landing. I called the PS & was told a bus was on it's way. I have no concerns & will use them again in the future. Please remember to tip your driver who is very helpful loading & unloading your luggage!
