After parking here for over a year, I agree with the other comments about the shuttle issues. Sitting on the bus today, for 20 minutes (on a monday afternoon) as we drive around the lot looking for folks to pickup. This is not the first time this has happened this year. The drivers complain about the scheduling, and hopefully they resolve this soon. I will say that the Parking Spot 1 is better about this issue. Gave 3 stars, with the hopes that this can be fixed soon.

I have used this parking service to more than fifteen years and never have a problem. There ample parking spaces and the rates are competitive to other companies. The location is very convenient to I-285 which will get you to anywhere in the Atlanta area.

Parking lot is in a great location, BUT management does need to be more aware of driver scheduling. It seems that every time I arrive early in the morning there is no shuttle to pick is up at the airport. Today 11/15/17 I arrived at the pickup location right after 6am, waited 10 minutes (it was cold) then called the office only to wait another 10 minutes. This has happened at least 4 times before in the morning this year. Please check on it!

First there is the ease of completing a reservation on-line. This is the way to go. Join the Spot Club and either download the Parking Spot app or use your Spot Club card. It's easy to get in and out of parking and payment at the window is a breeze. We were offered a drink and I got to drink a delicious lemonade on the way home.

If you want ants in your car for a few days after returning, it's a great place. I'm sure everyone parking here doesn't have this issue, I think part of the lower lot must have a massive ant nest near the area I had been parking. That's actually my only issue with this place. It's happened twice now though. The first time I figured maybe I had some food source in my car and I blamed myself. This time I know for sure that wasn't the case. I almost wrecked on 285 fighting ants on my arm, legs, the back of my neck. I used their feedback form to let them know, and haven't heard anything from anyone about it.

Worked well, drive in and park. The buses circulate through the lots to pickup customers. Drivers were courteous and the passenger bay was well light, adequate seat sizes, and a comfortable air temperature.

Have always used The Parking Spot 2 for years. My car is always just as I left it, the shuttle bus is always super fast picking me up at my car and they are always at the airport waiting when I arrive! Couldn't ask for more! Everyone is Always very friendly! Bonus: Love getting a cold water as I exit to head home;)

Easy in & out, covered parking, the bus comes almost as soon as I pull into the garage and is right there when I want to leave the airport! The bus ride is almost like a roller coaster and that is FUN! Plus you have coupons online that make it VERY economical to use your facility. I will always come to The Parking Spot 2 whenever I fly from Atlanta, and I recommend it to all my friends

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous! A shuttle came around to pick us up and take us to the airport within 5 minutes of arriving at the lot. Upon arriving back at the Atlanta airport, there were already two Parking Spot 2 shuttles waiting to pick up passengers! The shuttles seemed well maintained and the drivers drove us quickly and safely to our destinations.

Excellent place to park. Never thought I would give a review to a parking place. From the moment you drive in, until the moment you drive out, you encounter fantastic people. The customer service is amazing. I've never had to wait over two minutes for a van. They help with your luggage, imagine that. When I return from a trip, they even put my luggage in the trunk of my car.

I loved both of my shuttle drivers (I can't remember their names). I really appreciate that I got dropped off at my car especially because I got in very late. The employee who checked me out was super friendly which was especially great because I was exhausted when I got back. Parking Spot 2 gave me a great experience and I will be parking there again when I fly out of Atlanta.

The price is good and we are picked up quickly at your location to be taken to the airport. Same with our return, we are picked up quickly and delivered back to our car. Your drivers are friendly and helpful with the suitcases. Also, you honor your word. I complained about not having our free day honored once by your attendant, and the next time, your attendant honored that free day. Thank you!

Parking Sport 2 is the best! Professional and friendly staff. Efficient and frequent pick ups and drop offs. It's the best in the business. The only issue I have is redeeming my points properly, and speaking with a knowledgeable staff member to resolve this issue.

Parking Spot 2 used to be great. I have used this lot for the last ten years, but I'll no longer be using them for to a steady, consistent decrease in service over the last four months. On four trips, three times I've had to wait for a shuttle upon returning to the airport. This may not typically be a big deal, but there are always at least two shuttles for Parking Spot 1. Additionally, on two of the last four trips I've had to flag down a shuttle after I parked to take me to the airport They just never seem to have enough running anymore.
Because they had been so good for so long, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the consistently poor service recently has forced me to look elsewhere for offsite airport parking.response / report this review -

My aunt recommend this lot to us and my wife and I have used this parking facility many times and I have nothing bad to say about them. They are quick to pick us up and drop us off. The staff is always friendly and helpful personally and over the phone. If you want to save a ton of that $$$, park here at the Parking Spot 2 and use their coupon. Enjoy your complimentary soda afterward 😉
