Be prepared to wait at the airport to get back to your car. The shuttle and service from the lot to the airport was quick and really great. The return trip was a nightmare. I waited 20 minutes along with at least 75 other people (some had been waiting longer) for a shuttle that never showed up. Several of us tried to call the lot, but no one answered. I had a four hour drive to get home from the airport and couldn't wait to see if a shuttle would show up and the ensuing scramble to try and be one of the lucky ones to get on it. I had to get a taxi back to the lot. I've tried to call and let them know about it afterwards, but they still don't answer their phones.
Great customer service. You receive a free car wash and bottled water with your booking. The shuttles are frequent so you don't have to worry about being late. It's been a while since my booking, but my driver's name I believe started with an M, he wore a blessed bracelet on his left hand and was African American; he was amazing! Comedic and a pleasure! Keep up the good work!
Great service and facility, indoor climate controlled, car feels safe. Shuttle is very punctual and driver always helps with baggage. They also offer bottle water. Been using them for about a year now and will continue doing so. Keep up the good work
Peachy is the BEST airport parking in Atlanta! We have only had great experiences with them. The indoor parking garage is great! They quickly get you loaded onto the bus, load your luggage for you, and get you to the airport. Pick-up at the airport when you return is quick and easy; you can text to let them know you have arrived, and they get their very quickly.
Easy in. Easy out. Quick. Our battery was dead and they had it jumped within 5 minutes. All the staff is happy with great big smiles. We did the indoor and were very happy. No damage to the car. Nothing stolen. Only waited 5 minutes at airport to catch bus. I will definitely park here again.
I had a wonderful time on peachy airport parking the young lady was very helpful and she a sure me that we will get there on she made me feel very special I really in joy my ride with her, I have recommended peachy airport parking to my friends and family, the young lady name is Therese she is one in a million very good person easy to talk to. Thanks peachy airport parking see you soon. T
Love this place use them all the time! Get your free bottle water when you leave and make sure to get your free car wash. The indoor parking is great if you don't want your ride to get rained on while you're out of town.
The staff there asked for tip explicitly: He demanded tip. From parking to airport, the driver was nice. From airport back to parking, the walk from baggage claim to where the bus wait is quite long. Therefore, you better get a cart. This time, the bus driver only took the baggage (I could have done myself easily) from my hands to the shelf inside the bus and he demanded for tip immediately after. He starred at me and said "tip". I brought the baggage from baggage claim carousel, walked all the way to the bus, he only took it from my hands to the shelf and demand tip? I don't think so. Tip is optional and given when you're doing a great job.
Friendly shuttle driver and nice indoor facility. Looks like it used to be some sort of warehouse before they converted it . We found a deal on group and wanted an indoor lot. Shuttle is maybe 10 minutes to the airport . They also offer outdoor lots for less money.
This place is a pretty standard airport parking operation. They're affordable, have timely shuttles to and from the airport and the shuttle drivers are often professional and courteous - the people working the gates tend to be more of a mixed bag, though.
Also, they tend to be perpetually running specials on Groupon. The specials won't save you a ton of money, but the specials tend to be a good way to save a few dollars here and there. Finally, they also have a reservation system, whose benefits I haven't been able to ascertain yet, because I've never been asked for a copy of my reservation by Peachy agents.
We were late coming to Atlanta and we're very short on time, our shuttle arrived very prompt and friendly! Loved our Driver and how fast the service was. Would definitely use again!
Peachy use to be great but they have changed their operations. I travel open and there is a noticeable difference. I am constantly waiting for them. Today almost 15 min for pick up the airport. A couple of weeks ago I waited almost 40 min at international and 3 fast parks came in the same time. I am also waiting for pick up at the lot which has a decent me late for planes. The Groupon is not enough cheaper to justify the lousy service. I will be using fast park from now on.
I parked at peachy parking in the covered lot for 5 days, upon return I noticed that the rear bumper of my car had several scuffs approximately 6-7 inches in diameter and the trunk lid had a deep scratch approximately 15 inches in length, straight line, very much looking as if some one deliberately applied sharp object to the paint scratching it to the metal. When I brought this up to managements attention, the manager informed me that they do not take responsibility for damages to vehicles on their parking lot, and in some reason (my northern accent?) he felt compelled to add that this is "standard across all parking in the America".. He did offer to buff it out and called some one who arrived in a few minutes with wax and a buffing machine (standby buffer - reparative issue?) however I would not allow the buffer on the unwashed car. The manager however offered to wash the car, and then wax the scratched area. However, the scratches were so deep that no amount of wax would cover the scratches, and even if it did, it would be a very temporary solution, simply covering the scratch and not removing it. Plus, do you think this is what I want to go through after 5 days of being on the road, wash and wax the car when my family is awaiting for me at home? No, it isn't. I also do not want to come back and find my vehicle damaged after trusting the covered garage and security to ensure safety of my vehicle. However, I made the same mistake the second time and parked at peachy parking yet for another trip. When I comeback I Had the same issue, this time long, straight and deep scratch on the hood of my car, this time resolving in 3.5k repair costs on top of 1,750 I had to pay to paint the trunk and the bumper. And again yet with no compensation from the peachy parking, not even an apology.
Hence, I am writing this review to warn you and let you know that this property does not take responsibility to guard and ensure safety of your vehicle or your property.
I would not recommend using the detailing service. If you do, ensure EVERYTHING is out of your car. I had some belongings stolen and the GM told me that you waive all rights to holding them liable for anything missing from your car. Even though, there is one individual who signs off on detailing a particular car. So pretty much it feel like they are saying steal what you want out the car, it's okay, the customer can't do anything and we don't punish you for that. I received great help from the shuttle driver ,and he even said that Peachy should provide some type of loss reimbursement, only to be treated subpar by the GM.
Life happens, no one purposefully leaves valuables, and when you do your stomach cringes the whole time you are gone on your trip. The last thing you want is for your possessions to be gone after trusting someone else with your keys. After years of business, and years of recommending this parking service, I will be sure to tell anyone and all my coworkers and friends to no longer support this business.
