Love, love, love. The food is absolutely incredible! It is always so hard for me to decide what to get! The shrimp potstickers and duck relleno are so good my mouth is watering just thinking about them. The ahi comes with wasabi mashed potatoes, omg, amazing!! I love a good horse's neck so the Mustang cocktail is my go to. High West whiskey and High West vodka in the same drink with ginger beer, whaaaaat?!! My meal is not complete without their soufflé and I don't share;) Summertime is all about the patio in PC and Mustang has by far the best..

Fantastic service all around and the best BBQ ribs I have ever had! Big enough for 2 to share and meat falls flavorously off the bone! Love the atmosphere!

Not fine dining at all. Much too loud, tables too close together. Seated 1/2 hr after our reservation time. Took 1 hr to get our entree, a horrible, diluted lobster bisque. Appetizers of oysters & short rib were great. Entrees elk & rib eye were overcooked. Chocolate moose sucked!!!
