Just finished a very good meal that was somewhat spoiled by the hostess standing over the booth next to ours visiting the entire time with other patrons. She was talking loudly, gossiping, and generally being an unwelcome distraction to our meal. The food gets 5 stars. Our waiter, Jay, gets 5 stars. The hostess made it a disappointing evening.

The Manor is located in an old stone house that has been turned into a restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and the restaurant is carved up into nooks and crannies that give some privacy while still allow you to observe the goings on about you. The food and service here has been excellent the two times we have visited. It is moderately priced and both seafood and beef dishes have been excellent. Recommended.

My martinis were made exactly as I ordered, service was prompt and knowledgeable. We've been in food service industry for 40 years and couldn't complain about a thing.
The Cuban sandwich my son's friend ordered was better than we've had in an authentic Cuban restaurant in South Florida, my son had bacon wrapped scallops- a specialty of our own and he loved them. my salad was delicious and too large to finish which was fine as I was able to try the tiramisu for dessert and wasn't disappointed. My husband ate every bite of his fillet and crab Mornay, not something he usually does. Definitely a must try!

There are good Restaurants and than there is a Great Restaurant like the Manor Restaurant and Lounge. The food is American/Greek styles of many different types. Very, very Good and made from fresh ingredients every day. You are able to have Your order made to Your liking. From appetizers to fine dishs, also have a great Wine selection and mixology of fine drinks and also have a great variety of domestic and import beers to everyones liking. The staff will really go out of their way to make sure You are pleased. Also it's a great place to watch Your favorite team on multiple large screen TV's. The Manor Restaurant and Lounge is located in West Hanover Township on route 39, approx. 1/4 of a mile South from route 22.

Central PA is not exactly known for great cuisine but the Manor is fantastic. Chef/owner Pete makes nearly everything on the menu by hand. The cuts of meat are top notch. The pizza is the best around. Wings are outstanding. Prices are reasonable. And when you compare price and quality combined in this geographic area I think you would be hard pressed to beat the Manor.

Was told by the desk agent at Holiday Inn Express the Manor Restaurant had the best food in the area. Thanks for that had an incredible dinner and Bill in the lounge was excellent. Next time we make the trip from Naples Florida to Ludlow Vermont we'll be back.
