I had run into an unfortunate circumstance with airport security and Brian represented me spectacularly. I can confidently say that if you choose Brian, he will not let you down. Not only did he provide me with a thorough insight as to how my case would proceed, he was always available if I had any questions and i found that to be incredibly professional.

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Brian. I was falsely accused of a felony crime. Right from the start he believed in me and immediately started working on my case. He game planned through every step and aggressively worked to prove my innocence. Even a judge told him he was doing an excellent job for his client. He was consistently more prepared than the prosecutors ever were. After 11 months of playing the judicial game, our case was dismissed. The way Brian prepared for everything, I can only surmise that the prosecutor knew he could not win this case. My wife and I are so thankful that we went to Brian for help. His clients always come first and he is a top-notch attorney. I would and will recommend him to anyone.

Brian represented me a while back, when I was accused of multiple assault charges. During the time he represented me, he was always accessible and took the time and diligence to make sure we got an acceptable outcome. He was prompt when returning emails or text messages. Furthermore, he was always accessible and willing to talk on the phone. I remember, vividly, talking to him multiple times for hours while I was going through the anxiety criminal charges can bring about. He helped alleviate a lot of anxiety. We fought our case aggressively. Ultimately we were able to secure a dismissal! I'm not sure if any other lawyer would have taken the time and dedication that Brian did to help obtain such a positive outcome. Outstanding lawyer. Truly cares about his client's. Goes above and beyond.

Brian is AMAZING! He knows his craft better than any other lawyer out there who specializes in these types of charges. He is so articulate, punctual and involved that you'll never question his ethic or his knowledge. Simply put, Brian is savvy lawyer and a forthright, amazing person. I referred a dear friend of mine to him for after he was accused of domestic assault. My friend had already retained a lawyer, but was growing increasingly anxious & frustrated with the lack of communication his lawyer provided. Brian took ample time to speak to my friend about his case, also providing insight into the process & communication to expect when working with a lawyer on an assault case. His candor and professional guidance was exactly what I expected after reviewing his website- he truly is an expert, and it shows.

I chose Brian after calling a number of different attorneys and speaking with them directly. Brian stood out from every attorney I spoke with, to the point where I knew from our initial phone conversation, that I wanted him to represent me. I ran into all types of personalities during my search for an attorney, but nobody I spoke with left me feeling better about my situation, or like I had been truly listened to or understoodexcept Brian. Mr. Prain expressed his understanding of what I was going through and acknowledged the amount of stress that criminal charges can put on a person, and showed a remarkable level of empathy towards both myself and my family. Brian's level of seriousness, professionalism, and eagerness to do EVERYTHING he can at all times is incredible. Those qualities combined with his "down to earth" attitude, and willingness to be available for every single one of my questions or concerns throughout the whole process was exactly what I was looking for and needed. I couldn't have been more impressed. He went above and beyond, to make me feel as comfortable as possible every step of the way, and his attention to detail is outstanding. He really made me feel like he was handling this case as if it were happening to someone in his own familyas if it were personal to him. I highly recommend Brian to anyone facing criminal charges. To sum it all up, one phone call is all it took for me to know that I absolutely found the right man for the job, and immediately I felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. Btw, he's also just a very likeable guy in general, and that coincidentally(or intentionally lol) plays a great deal to his advantage in a courtroom.

I had a serious charge and faced significant time in jail, which in turn I would have lost my job, home, and other belongings I work very hard for. Brian whole heartedly believed in my case, fighting against trusted officials. We took my case to a jury trial and we WON not guilty on ALL my charges. His attention to detail and willingness to go against people who are "respected" by most of the general public speaks volumes. He's not afraid to fight for what's right. It was a long 9 months, but Brian had a way to put me at ease and he always kept me informed. I have no regrets hiring Brian and I now consider him a friend of mine. If you want a detail orientated, thorough lawyer who's willing to fight for you and no matter who you are up against, hire Brian Prain.

I hired Brian for my case in August, I was close to losing everything.
He fought hard for me, for my freedom and as of a result I am here today.
I am forever grateful to him.
My experince with Brian was more than I could have ever asked for.
He always returned my calls right away. At anytime I needed him, he was right there.
I never doubted him once, and at every turn he surprised me and surpassed my expectations.
I would recommend him to anyone.

Case dismissed!!! I hired attorney brian prain after a long research of lawyers in the metro detroit area and after what i remember to be 6 phone calls to other top lawyers around the area, none of them stood out like brian prain. After the phone call with him i knew right away this was my best chance to get the best possible result out of my horrible situation. I was facing up to five years for a third offense domestic violence with petty allegations but being taken so very serious. I know in my heart that the allegations and the statment agenst me were beefed up and for the most part untrue and made up.. No one beleived me but myself and brian prian.. Long story short after a couple sit downs with brian and letting him do his hard work we went to court one time, he walk in to the prosectutors office twenty heart pumping minutes later walked out calm as could be and said so casually "Case dismissed". 30 minutes and some paperwork later i was standing outside the court with a peice of paper that said charges dismissed, bond money to be refunded and i can finally return back into my house that I own thats in my name only yet i had not been able to step foot into for the past 40 days 3 months later im still a free man writing this review Brian Prain is my only recomendation for anybody in a situation of a assultive case.. Thank you Brian!! Justice served!!!

Brian is an awesome lawyer! In the legal community he is known for amazing results on domestic violence and resisting arrest cases. He returns calls right away, is very aggressive, and fights hard.
