Incredibly unorganized place. I celebrated my daughter's birthday today, I had to arrange everything and decorate myself. The room was not even provided with air balloons. There was no birthday surprise as promised . While practically no food can be brought, I couldn't even order tea for my guests!. It is impossible to stay in the party room longer even for an extra fee. We literally began to be kicked out of the room 30 minutes before the end of the party, every five minutes girl reminded us that we must leave soon. No pleasure at all!!!. Noisy, unorganized place!. Very unprofessional staff!

Had a birthday party for my 5 year old here. She and her friends had a blast and we didn't have to do anything but bring a cake and show up.

I have been here many times in the past, and when me and my friends would go to a party or whatever we would always get sick. Im guessing this is from all the different children that come here. They should clean the toys better so that kids don't get sick. I got sick almost every time I went, or I didn't feel good afterward. People say it is a good place to drop your kids off, but is it worth getting a hour or two break, just to have them come home with a cold?

I would give it 5 stars but but but TEEN NIGHT ages 10 to 15 . Karaoke fun, Dancing !!(I stayed with my kids . But MOST kids were dropped off and left 8:30-11) They areChugging down Monster energy drinks!!!! and Mountain Dew everywhere !!!I don't understand how they can sell this to these children with everything that has been in the news about caffeine and young children consuming way more than they can handle so FYI if you're dropping your kid off on teen night . They probably won't be worn out when they get home just high on caffeine. 😣

This is truly a wonderful place to bring your kids. A family friendly environment if ever I've seen one.

I like the different age levels for playing. I have 3 children and all of them are having fun at their level. It's truly fun for the whole family. I love the areas where parents can sit and relax while the kids play. Awesome place for everyone.

My son is only 3 and he loved it! They let the parents go in with them to make sure they don't get hurt, and they have a big play area just for little ones.

This is the perfect place to take toddlers to burn off energy! There are bounce houses and inflatables for the older kids and a little area and arcade in the back where you can play games and the older kids can enjoy themselves. Babies can play in alittle area designed just for them. The perfect place to have a birthday party with party rooms, food, and drinks!!!

Had my son's birthday here and he loved it. The kids had fun and our hostess handled everything including laying out the decorations we brought. She played with the kids and made it fun for everyone. Awesome job!!!! And would recommend to all our friends.

Went for a birthday party. It was really hot! Couldn't turned the A/C up a bit. The bathroom was pretty gross, but when one of the moms on my party informed the staff they did send someone to clean it. I just think it should be kept up with. There are a few hundred kids running around in socks! The pizza was really good. Concession stand was reasonably priced. The games could give more tickets!! It's hard for little ones to get enough tickets to even get a "jolly ramcher" out of the prize machine, and that's 25 tickets! Overall it was pretty cool. Wish we had one where I'm from.

The toddler area is big and has a ton of toys. We haven't tried out the bounce houses yet since our child isn't quite big enough. Staff seems to do a decent job of watching things. They keep the bigger kids out of the toddler section.

Not a place for African Americans we felt very uncomfortable. We definitely won't be going back. This was our second experience our first visit the Jewish community was there so we thought maybe that's why there was a discomfort Jews don't care for African Americans and that's okay so we came back no Jews, same feeling sad. I won't go into details because unless you've experienced racism you wouldn't understand

Went here for a birthday party. My 9 year old son had a lot of fun jumping in the inflatables. Also has an upper level with more options for the kids. Had a separate room for the birthday part of the party.

We had plans to go somewhere. the other place turned out to be a bust. We found this place online thinking "I can't be any worse than the place we are at" So we drove here. this is fantastic. One way in. there are cameras everywhere that play onto a big screen over the parents area. Allowing you to sit in the middle area and let the kids go and keep an eye on them on the big screen. The only way out is right past you. Not that i sat at all. i was all over the inflatables. If I lived closer I would have my family here all the time.
