We loved our stay here. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely coming back!!
The rooms were spacious and well kept. The service was also very nice. The only real issue was that the windows have no screens so when we got to our room for the first time there were bugs inside. The staff took care of that quickly however.
This hotel has absolutely no management skills whatsoever. I called to place a reservation. Their system was down (as it always is) and they said they would call me back. They never did so I had to call them back. They took my reservation and told me everything was fine. They advertised as pet-friendly, though they do not accept cats. If you don't accept cats only advertise as dog friendly. Then I called to confirm my reservation and they did not have it. Absolutely miserable service. They either need to get a whole new staff or a whole new system because none of it is working. Only stay here if you want poor service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Wonderful experience. We drove up from 4 hours away for PUGTOBERFEST. They had an awesome dog park on our floor which made our experience even better traveling with a dog. Hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious and clean. More lighting would help the room but not an issue. We will definitely book again if we're in the area. Complimentary breakfast was above and beyond with great coffee in the lobby. Loved our stay!
Recently stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again. The rooms are large & spacious, the hot breakfast was great and the 3rd floor dog park was crazy convenient! Never saw anything like it. Even enjoyed dinner & reading the paper on the front patio overlooking the beautiful view. One of the nicest dog friendly hotels I have ever stayed at and I've traveled coast to coast with my dog.
Great place to stay. We had a long room on the 4th floor. The room was huge and we'll furnished, microwave and refrigerator as well. We had a great view of the mountains. Bed was firm but comfortable. The only negatives was a couple unfilled screw holes, and the shower floor was relatively weak. We liked the place so much we extended our stay. Definitely would stay again.
Very nice hotel for the price! All the other name-brand hotel chains were about double the price, so we figured we'd try out this one. The room wasn't 100% perfect, but it was clean, updated, and very spacious. It was easy to find and close to town. We will definitely be staying here again!!
The Inn has breathtaking views of western PA's highlands. Rooms are huge, virtually baronial. The are dog friendly, so much that they have a specific, large yard off the second floor rooms for canine relief. I recommend staying here if you are on a car trip - could be a good home base for those who want to explore, and you might visit the area where the 9/11 plane crashed.
Upon arrival 23 June 2017 it was raining but the Inn was easy to find. We had reservations well in advance of when we were to arrive probably two months. Check in was fast and we were given our room keys for room 422. This room is on the west end of the west building. There is a flood light on the lawn below the window that shines in all night. The room was very clean and comfortable however, the tub was slippery it needed some anti skid pads, the sink was a pedestal sink that wasn't very secure to anything. Only one chair or sit on the bed. Only one place to get ice that was in the lobby also where vending is. The breakfast was nice but the lady running it could not keep up with the patrons that wanted to eat. There were 7 tables but families showed up and could not sit with little ones only one high chair. The staff was very nice but not helpful for local information? This I don't understand. The WiFi was excellent but not secure. As far as the view spectacular. I wish I could give 5 stars but I can't.
Room was absolutely nothing to write home about. Breakfast was basic if that. Outside was poorly mantained and smelled of dog poop. No pool. Nothing to do. Only good thing was it was quiet but to the point of being boring. Not worth it.
Really enjoyable stay, stayed with friends on a road trip across America, hotel staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, beds comfy. Decent free breakfast. Recommended.
Beautiful views but our room smelled of smoke. Perhaps it needs a good carpet cleaning. Otherwise, a very lovely inn. Good breakfast. Room 423.
