This place is wonderful!! The staff and the owner, Cal, are both very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been in the business for a very long time and they do more than just screen printing. Additionally, this is a family owned business and I love supporting local shops.

This place looked amazing! Unfortunately when I walked in I was not treated like a VIP or like I had any value. The woman wouldn’t get off her computer to help, while the woman in the front was nice they just seemed super unorganized and were not shooting for my business.

They don't even deserve one star from me. Honestly not impressed. I work for a company with 200 people needing polo shirts with embroidery and they messed up on my 80$ shirts I brought in, the embroidery thread color was the same color as the shirt, even though I told them to match the Under Armor logo. When I went in to get them fixed they were extremely rude from the very start. They told me they are "sorry I'm upset "and that if "its an 80$ shirt then I should have picked out the thread color not them". (THEY NEVER MENTIONED I COULD CHOSE THE THREAD) They also told me it would take 3 days and it took a solid week and a half. If I had to give Inkspot in Orem 3 words to describe them it would be moody, inconsiderate, and sensitive. They literally could care less about their customers and are rude every time you walk in. A normal human being would be excited to have a company with 200 people to work with, they were upset and frustrated when I went into have them embroider shirts for me, upset when they charged me 120$, and upset when I nicely called them telling them the shirts were done wrong. If anyone is looking for a company to display CRAPPY customer service, Inkspot is the one for you. I can promise you that!

Horrible service. Told me they would be done by the afternoon and when I walked in they had nothing done(Not A Single Shirt Touched)!!! They told me they can put the numbers on but we have to do everything else another time. Now my team has shirts for are tournament with just numbers.

I recently had this company print some business cards for me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They delivered the cards a couple of days faster than originally quoted which impressed me! Also, the quality of the cards were excellent, everything I expected, and stood out from other printers I have worked with. I would recommend working with them without reservation!

I had some shirts screen printed (I provided the shirt - just a basic Gildan brand black tshirt). When I get them back - about 1/4 of the shirts had crooked designs on them. I took the worst few back to have them redone. They looked at me like a was a lunatic for wanting them straight. They held up one of the shirts and said "it's not that bad". I said - it shouldn't be bad at all!! They reprinted them, grudgingly. Now after one wash the screen printing is coming off. This is one of the worst companies I have ever used for shirts. They don't take pride in the quality of their work, and they could care less about customer satisfaction.

I have done business with The Ink Spot for over 5 years now, and have not once had a problem with them. Always delivered hats and jerseys on time or before, the quality was great as promised, and the knowledge of the staff is great, they can give you an accurate quote on the spot, so you know what to expect, and Cal, the owner is a great, friendly guy!

I have known Cal, the owner for close to 20 years. Cal does all of my companies printing needs and will go out of his way to take care of you . He and his team, which consists of his Wife, daughters and son, are some of the most friendly people you could ever meet. They are good at what they do and do it well !!
Cal is very particular in what he does and will put every effort he can into taking care of his customers while doing good quality work.
Cal is the best, and in my opinion, you will never go wrong by using the Ink Spot.
I would recommend the Ink Spot to anyone looking for printing needs !!!
