  My friend and I were in the area for the day and were looking for something quick. We stopped at Hummingbird and were greeted right away. Food took about 10 min. For medium plates which were much larger than we expected! We ordered oxtails over rice and curry goat over rice. The food was amazing and authentic we were so happy to have found this gem!

  I love This place this was hard to give this review been here about 8 times food is delicious but I ordered my food 45 min before I got there still not ready food great but they are so slow it's unbelievable warning don't come on your lunch break

  I had the steamed red snapper. Omg i couldn't stop eating till i hit the bones. Great and very tasty food.

  Appears to be under new ownership and food taste / quality / service remain high. Menu or std items that are included with dinners has changed; most notably I ordered rice and didn't specify rice & peas so I was given white rice, which was quite tasty as far as white rice goes. Oxtailso remain tasty, but plantain' not juicy as before. They remain an excellent restaurant.

  First time here and the food was fabulous!!! I had the Jerk BBQ Chicken with Rice and beans, Festival, Mac and Cheese, and Cabbage!!! The food was fabulous!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

  Great food, beautiful atmosphere and and very attentive staff. I am a vegan so I asked for a meal that was vegan and economical and they offered the veggie platter:Rice and beans,cabbage,plantains and stringbeans with jerk sauce over my rice and beans. It was fulfilling and delicious,plus I got all this for $8 talk about a deal! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat good and save money all in a family run down to Earth setting! Yeaaa
