Love my massages with Lisa! She's incredible knowledgeable and I've gained a deeper understanding of my muscles, posture, & breathing after every appointment. I've always been nervous about deep massages but Lisa has opened my mind! I enjoyed the deep work she's done on my wrists (I spend a lot of time on the computer) and I recently, after beginning Invisalign she was able to relieve the tension I felt in my jaw & neck by massaging pressure points INSIDE my mouth. Lisa and The Humble Abode has been a real blessing for my health.

I went it for a chiropractic adjustment with Steve who was really friendly and definitely knew his stuff. I walked out of there feeling so good and limber I decided to get my first facial ever from Nicky who was really gentle and pleasant. I normally don't like people touching my face, even if I'm paying them to. She also was very firm when needed and hit all the pressure points. That was 3 years ago. I've now been seeing her weekly since. I recommend her to anyone who needs to feel rejuvenated, younger and who wants to treat themselves to the pampering they deserve. This is a great spa.

This spa is a little hidden gem! The owners and staff are extremely sweet and I've been tremendously enjoying Lisa ( massage therapist). Lisa is superb and mindful, knowledgable and skilled at what she does. My sessions with her have been unlike anything I have ever had before. So good that I booked a session for my friend .She hits spots that have never been explored before giving an amazing experience and I felt rejuvenated and completely at peace. Lisa is seriously amazing!
