Had a decent experience. We bought the couple's massage package and received water instead of wine though. I also thought the massage was just okay she was pretty inconsistent when it came to the amount of pressure and the difference in the way she massaged each side of my back.

Disgusting don’t go here. Owners are rude and made us delete reviews to get our refund. Shady and bad business practices.

Went for a couples massage package from Groupon

    1) the place looked grimy
    2) they rescheduled my appointment 2 days before because of an "inspection" happening on the day I originally booked.
    3) I asked for a male and female for my spouse and myself, but that was not arranged as promised.
    4) the person who gave me my "massage" was an UNLICENSED, and not a therapist.

I could tell right away when she was "massaging" me that she did not know what she was doing. I have had plenty of massages in my life to know when it is being done correctly. I even worked at a therapy center and worked directly with massage therapist.

At the end I asked for the name of the massage therapist and when I got to the front desk I looked for her license on the wall with the other therapist, but it was nowhere to be found. I brought it to the attention of the receptionist and asked that they furnish proof of her license to perform massage therapy, but no one could provide it. The fact that she covered my eyes with a towel when I was asked to flip on my back all made sense at that point because she didn't want me to see her face. She was also no where to be found afterwards.

THEY ENDED UP PAYING ME CASH BACK FOR MY MASSAGE WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM.

I still have every intention in reporting them, but save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not buy Groupon from them. They will make everything possible and find excuses to make you cancel the Groupon and waste your time and plans. Sounds like a scam, stay away from them.

I made an appt over a week ago for a service in two weeks.

At that time customer service was amazing.

Circumstances caused me to have to cancel the appointment this week (2 weeks in advance)

The girl who answers the phone said she can't process refunds: as I was charged for my service. And told me to call before 9a or after 7p. Finally on my 4th attempt I got a hold of the owner who said they don't refund they only give store credit. I explained that Mila never said that on the phone and that is NOT on their website. She said "It's everywhere." It's in the sky."

Upon telling her I'll be going through my credit card company to dispute this she then offered to write me a check which I can come and pick up.

This was a charge from my credit card and I shouldn't have to drive to get a check.

I'm so disturbed by this business and have opened a claim against them.

We visited the spa and purchased the Sweetheart package. The massage was nice but was only 50 minutes instead of the 75min. This also included the foot scrub which was during those 50 minutes. The sauna was nice, but the hot tub I can't assume would be very clean. A couple had been in there just before us, and all the massage oils had to have been in the water. The shower was not very clean and the floor was still wet from the couple before that had just used the shower.
