    Trying to find anything is like a scavenger hunt without clues. First employee had no idea where water softener salt would be, nor did he care enough to find out. Looked in the logical areas., and finally went to customer service desk. Was told isle 9. Went to isle 9. Water softeners, but no salt. Strike two. Finally a 3rd much older man directed us to an area outside the front registers.. Help in Home Depot is nearly non-existent, and 2 out of 3 employees knew nothing. Add to that to the self check out and that might make this my new most disliked store. It was not busy at all that was a plus.

    Absolutely horrible experience with receiving appliances purchased. No problem purchasing, they were more than willing to accept my money back in November for 4 appliances that were supposed to be delivered on December 18, but now won't even be available for delivery until after January 4th.

    Went to rent equipment...the mandatory procedures for renting equipment is not posted any where...also if you are not familiar with the item good luck with a rep helping you. I watched two people come back thinking the item they rented was defective the items worked but user was not shown how to even turn it on...haha haha. Other customer came back twice because they failed to give him all equipment with item also the 1st one he left with didn't work. It was also a 35 min wait...with another 15 mins to get the instructions with the items I rented.

    I gave such a good review about this location only to want to take my review back.... I expressed how urgent I needed my flooring to be done when I walked in. I picked it out and did everything even put down the $35 deposit they required. I was told I would get a phone call the next day (which was yesterday 8/17/17) and no phone call, no email, no text, no carrier pigeon NOTHING!!!!. Then when I call in and asked what will happen to the 5 day carpet install no one could even find my order. I have a receipt but nothing waa even entered.... instead of finding an alternate solution to the problem they refunded my money and pretty much kicked me in the butt and slammed the door...

    Refunding me my money doesn't solve the problem on where this location messed up and not getting my floors done... I am so upset I'm making the call to corporate. Someone needs to call me before I make that call!!!

    Really liked this store and have spent a ton of money in the past few months after purchasing a new home. They loved taking my money but when I had an issue with my appliance, this store basically told me that it was not there problem, that's when I moved my business to Lowes and have ever since this issue accord. I even tried talking to the appliance manager and the associate told me the manager would call me and never got that call back. Sorry THD, was a loyal customer, but now not so much since you don't care about us loyal customers once we do have a real issue.

    Typical home depot. Nice garden center, but the rest of the store seems to have less items and organization than others. I do like the store on BBD better.

    Great staff in the inside of self checkout. since the last time I've been here.

    One of the outside employees named Angel is a great helper! I didn't even need to ask for help and he came and asked me if I needed any with my things which was very delightful. He's pretty cute too😍

    Definitely will shop here again instead of Bruce b downs

    We purchase from this Home Depot location at least a couple times per month. The staff is great and the managers are friendly and engaging. On March 31, 2017 we purchased a dishwasher with "install". The install was an extra $114.00 (labor extra parts to connect the machine). They up sold me from $69.00 to $114.00 because the associate said they would need those parts to install the machine. I agreed and was expecting the dish washer to be installed on the morning April 5, 2017. At 07:20 the subcontractor, Ralph's Transfer Co. said that a different shut off valve was needed to install the dishwasher and they were not allowed to do it. I was beyond upset and clearly made my point to both the tech and the service scheduler on the phone, that they wasted both our time. Ralph's Transfer Co. is not a licensed plumber and are not qualified or capable of doing nothing more than simply attaching a water supply line with a wrench, connecting the the drain line to your DVW pipe with a wrench and plugging the dish washer in. These are the only duties that can be performed by this "installer". I ended up taking the dishwasher in the box and hiring a local plumber to install the machine. I then called the asst. store manager at the local Home Depot and shared my disappointment and the fact that I will never use any Home Depot Service again. The lesson learned is DO NOT use Home Depot install service! I am paying a local licensed plumber $130.00 to install the dishwasher later today. The Home Depot asst. manager stated I would receive a refund. Total amount of time wasted by myself, the Home Depot and the installer is probably about 3 hours. Again, DO NOT use the services - a box store is not a contractor and never shall be.

    Clean and fast service. They do not come to you to see if you need help but always willing to answer questions if you hunt them down and ask.

    To say they have terrible customer service would imply that they have customer service which would give them way too much credit. I spoke to manager Yokasta C. and between excuses, shifting responsibility, and raising her voice at me she managed to also to belittle what I said by claiming I am probably expecting a discount. I called and asked if a certain piece of equipment was available and they said yes AND they would hold it. After I hooked up the trailer I noticed the broken tail light and pig tail on the trailer. I complained and wanted a resolution but instead I got several contradictory excuses from the excuse of a manager. It took me over an hour to drive here and that is why I called, it's sad that this store does not have one competent person between them.
