My girl went in to admissions to ask for dual enrollment forms and the woman at the desk, Pamela Roberts, whom I went to school with by the way, was very rude. Didn’t let my daughter finish what she was asking for and just assumed she was there to take a “test”. Little Ms. Attitude doesn’t realize that to be a receptionist, you need to be “people friendly” and be kind to new students coming in. Instead, she makes kids feel like driving farther away to another school, just so they won’t have to deal with her. If you don’t like to associate with people, what in the world, of all places, are you doing working at a school?Take your breakfast, lunch & dinner with you because you will wait hours to be seen.

This is a campus that really cares for the success of it's students. As long as you put in your work and don't procrastinate the staff and administration will go above and beyond to assist you.

As an older student, I have found support from everyone at the college. Financial aid and student services and guided me through the whole process. My Professor has been terrific and the students have helped me many times. A really nice place to grow.

Extremely poor support service. Support staff are reasonably polite, but lack knowledge in almost all affairs, do not have the authority to report most information, and will often connect you to a voicemail when you request more information (even during business hours when people like financial aid should be available). All of this after nearly losing over $4,000 worth of my tuition refunds on multiple occasions.

My college for over a year, above average prof. considering it is basically a community college. Clean, positive learning environment with many opportunities to take advantage of such as free tutoring.

Been at the north campus for three years, can't complain. Like the school; nice, clean, and staff are good too. Most teachers are willing to work with you when you have problems, so that's definitely a plus. Website is easy to navigate and so is Canvas. Only downside is the update they did to the online course schedule. Whatever IDIOT came up with the new layout needs to fix it. Was going to sign up for classes in the second half of the semester, but can't get the stupid thing to work properly. Not very user friendly. Can't even see what teachers there are anymore. Plus the page is constantly refreshing. Other than that, website is great.
