My experience with this spot was kind of lackluster. I ordered a large pie, one of their signature/special ones but forgot to ask for it extra crispy as I found is necessary statewide to get bread products done correctly. So, as expected, the pizza was soggy on top and on bottom. Their toppings are not the best quality so they're all waterlogged from being canned/stored improperly and they dont cook the pizza long enough to get crispy (not burned, crispy, you know, the way you make it when you care). Wasn't the worst but probably wont go back for properly cooked za after experiencing Krazy Karls and old chicago who do it right. Even MOD would be a better/WAY cheaper alternative.

Delicious pizza and always very nice and helpful people, whether we dine in or order over the phone (both of which have become a regular part of our family routine). I say "over the phone" because the Slyce thing is crazy annoying, but if you just call Garlic Knot you can talk to a very kind and helpful person and not have to deal with Slyce. Their good people and good food overshadows the annoyance of Slyce, which takes way longer than just calling.
p.s. The cinnamon knots are awesome. I am decidedly anti "dessert pizza" of any kind, but these are like a delicious cinnamon roll, but fabulously chewy and bite sized. Would have taken a picture, but we ate them all!

This use to be our family fav and we order it ALL the time! We loved that it wasn't your traditional pizza place. However a few years ago they said they got a new chef and unfortunately the first time we ordered we were not impressed. Last night we decided to give it another try and same thing. The pizza was not cooked in the middle, the sauce did not taste the same and the dough was still white it was so under cooked. Truly sad!

GREAT food, but not so great service. We were 1 of 2 tables with multiple servers on staff. We asked for ranch and never received it - instead, our server went to chat with her coworkers up front for about 20 minutes. Whatever, ranch isn't a big deal. We had the wrong order brought to our table after we already had food we were eating (?). I had to stare her down for several minutes to get some refills, and we actually had to flag down another server to get our check at the end of our meal. Mind you, the restaurant is still empty save for us and another table I totally get having off days, and we loved the food, but I would suggest coming in for lunch so you don't have to deal with the staff waiting on you (which unfortunately turns into you waiting on them).

Great pizza. Great service. Only place outside of New York/New Jersey that I have found that does sausage like they do.

The greatest gluten free crust in Colorado. This is the only Garlic Knot with locally sourced dough. It's amazing!

Went in to eat here earlier today, the pizza was good, garlic knots were good, and the wings were better than some wing specialty places. Only complaint was for whatever reason the wings were served in a dish with a pool of grease at the bottom. I don't see any reason for it and it made the wings at the bottom of the dish extremely greasy and soggy, unlike the very nice and crispy ones at the top.

Food is Amazing! Taste, looks and temp All 5 stars. Speed of services was typical for a pie not long at all. Customer service is what lost the power. The speed of table checks and attention to detail. The store was not busy and I had this time to write a review. No drink refills, place settings, no way to pay the check Im still sitting. Its ok the food made up for it. I will come back!

I was a bit disappointed the last time I had their NY style pizza back during the second week of March. The dough and some of the ingredients had a low quality taste like they substituted their regular ingredients with these. The previous time I went was summer 2016 and the pizza was awesome. After this last time I'll think twice before going back. Hope they stick to the best ingredients to keep the quality up.

I walked in kinda late and they were out of single slices but instead of sending me off they made me my own personal tiny pizza and charged me the price of a slice. The tiny pizza was adorable AND delicious. Definitely recommend.

The counter girl was excellent but the pizza was NOT. It was mediocre at best. Tasted like it had been made the day before. Came out barely warm, not close to being hot and they supposedly just made it. The place was not at all crowded so it wasn't like they were over-run with customers. They did serve very generous slices for the price.. too bad it wasn't good pizza. We would have complained but we were hungry and on a limited lunch period so we didn't. I would not recommend this place.
