I have enjoyed living here for 4years now. Maintenance has always been quick to fix things and staff is always friendly and helpful. Would recommend it anyone and plan on renewing my lease.

Absolutely the worst apartment complex to live in. And all of my neighbors can tell you the same, extremely over priced the cabinets are constantly falling apart, none of the outlets ever work. Maintenance takes weeks to come by and your lucky if they even show up. The office ladies are caniving and will say and do just about anything to take your money. The “free” air filters they provide? Yeah they never have those. Save your money and take it elsewhere, my worst mistake and biggest regret will be choosing this place as a “home”.

Moved to Florida a month ago. Drove myself crazy looking at a dozen overcrowded, dirty, rundown complexes in busy locations. Then I found The Fountains at Forestwood. Just off 41 near everything.not overcrowded, not dirty, and my unit is nice! The parking lot is maintained with spaces clearly marked with good white lines and room to open a truck door without hitting anyone else's vehicle.
Met some good people at the pool when I went to cool off.and the pool area was clean! Met more people walking my dog through the miles of walkways in this complex.
I'm in the home improvement industry and could pick any place apart, but I'm happy to just fix my own cosmetic issues, if needed. From the manicured grounds, clean walking areas, pond views with bridges to cross over, turtles and exotic birds sunning themselves, dogs walking their humans around, good parking, sunset views, quiet nights, and only 1 way in and 1 way out, which I like. This place meets my needs!
My leasing agent, Tiessa showed me all the models available, answered all my annoying questions, called me and emailed me when I needed her, and I signed when I was ready with no pressure at all. I paid deposits online, signed my lease online and flawlessly picked up my keys and moved in. Happy to have a really cute affordable place that I just decorated for the holidays already.
Believe me..I researched the hell out of this place, came here at night, talked to several people who live here before I made a decision and not 1 person complained. If you want a place to live where you don't have to worry about scum hitting your vehicle, yelling in the parking lot, beer bottles and nips everywhere, and you want to be with a mix of young families, retired, and professionals.
This place gets my vote! I am not easy to please. Between my top notch, patient and courteous leasing agent Tiessa, the beautiful grounds and my updated apartmentI can enjoy my days working, evenings watching the sun go down, weekends at the pool if I want, and I can still afford to buy a boat, if I want. Giving this complex 6 stars!! Its all about how you want to live and What you make of it. Craig B, contractor.

This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. My husband moves around a lot for his job, so we have lived in several. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. The materials on the inside are very cheaply made and things are constantly falling apart. The price is so not worth it for the quality. When we moved out we had accidentally left some shelving from a bookshelf. I called to let the office know and I left voicemails and no one returned my call. Once I did finally reach someone she said she would speak to maintenance about it. A week later, still no answer. I called back again and they told me when things are left they put them by the trash area, which was never relayed to me when I called the first time. I understand that when things are left they have to get rid of them, but seriously? They couldn’t even call us to let us know? This place is a disaster.

Pictures on the website definitely make this place look worth it.. Horrible customer service! Every week something needs to be fixed. Takes maintenance at least a week to fix what ever needs fixing. Sprinklers leave the worst water spots on your car. Always wanting more money, whether it's for a new gate that doesn't work (permanently left open for whoever to come in) So kinda pointless in my opinion.. $50 key fob for the gate that doesn't work. Water included is great until you get charged a $100 more a month to sign a new lease (there goes the water bill) or your other option is to give them 3 months notice before the end of your lease, otherwise you'll be charged 3X your rent to get out of a lease that was already "automatically renewed". Supposed to receive a free air filter every month but they never have them. All these issues plus more come with this "luxury" apartment, only for them to charge you what you would pay for a house.

It is very quiet. love the Lakeview, the amenities that they have to offer. However, I don't like the spot that I'm in. There's a huge tree in front of my apartment and it's just too many bugs, not to mention my apartment smells a dead person in it. I pull the stove back and there's a huge hole in the wall like a rat been there or something. I will defiantly be contacting soon because I'm getting really frustrated I had too many work orders in I just moved in.

The leasing office is very nice and nicely decorated. The staff for the most part are very friendly and welcoming. However, the apartments do need a little fixing here and there. Which is 100% fine with me as long as they can get if fixed in a timely matter. Will be contacting management which things I need fixed and I'll be more than happy to update this review to hopefully 5 stars.

My experience is horrible, ever since I moved in I seen nothing but roaches and with time rats. I've asked for these problems to be fixed, so far they caught some of the rats with a rat trap but still there's roaches every where. Don't rent from here, everything seems nice in the beginning but after a couple of days you will see that your not getting what your paying for. It is so annoying to keep having to complain and put in orders about these problems. It makes me feel bad, I don't want problems, but they don't fix things. They half fix things. I'm paying for all of these amenities and still I haven't been able to use the gym or tennis court with all of the construction going on. I don't think it's fair that i pay almost $1,300 a month and have rats and roaches in my apartment.

If I would've known that rats and roaches were included in the lease and that i have to tell them about these problems for them to fix it after moving in, then I would've never moved here. I was so excited to get this place I worked so hard for, just to find that it's nowhere near what I expected or what i was told will be, before moving in. I just finished helping my daughter move in after relocating from Michigan. The staff was so helpful in assisting us with her out of state move and we are both very happy with her new apartment and the location is great for her. We had read some of the reviews online and had some reservations initially about leasing but the staff truly put us at ease through the whole moving process and are very happy with our choice!

I went there to see an apartment and the air conditioner had a bad stench. Obviously, its a big draw back. Plus, I saw 2 roaches on the walls. Garden area had pet poop all over. Not recommended! Definitely not worth the price they quoted. Leasing office is well designed but dont get fooled by it. See the actual apartment and the society to feel the difference.

Bad smell, mice infested -- horrible apartment, bad customer service:
I have never stayed in an apartment this bad. There is an awful smell. No matter how much I clean and scrub the entire apartment, it stinks. The smell is in my clothes, couch and all of my things. I found a mouse in my apartment a few months ago. After some time, I finally caught it. I am up in the middle of the night because there is a mouse in my walls. There has been scratching and footsteps for the last 2 hours. Whats even worse is the customer service. No one calls you back. Don't get fooled by this place. It's about $100 - $150 cheaper a month in rent and now I know why. They show you the model which is nice, but the other apartments are trashed, smell and have rodents. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's clear that any decent review of this place is phony!!!!
