This place was destroyed in hurricane Irma. Before it was destroyed it was run-down and badly taken care of.

Unbelievably the worst. Half the boats were under water. Very unorganized. We left without staying. They kept our money. We went across the street to the Marriot resort and it was fantastic. Avoid the Boatel!

Cheapest place in the Keys! Owner was super awesome. Other boat mates were friendly. Boat leans pretty bad and doesn't feel real clean. It was fun either way. Watch out for the iguanas! LOL

I liked the price for room 6. Its a houseboat which was unique. And we had a giant window that u cld see the water.

Very sorry to say that The Floating Inn should be avoided at all costs. I booked a stay for 2 nights, 2 rooms. We did not stay the second night. The rooms are not clean, do not smell clean, we had bugs (ants and mosquitos), unclean linen, hair on the beds. Air conditioners (tiny window unit) that were loud and did not cool the rooms. Fans were so badly balanced that they could not be used. When I left, the owner became indignant and refused to refund the second night. This is not a good place to sty, uncomfortable, not clean, simply avoid this place.
