A friend of mine was having a fire place insert installed while I was visiting..the installers were very nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a card and when I spoke with Amanda at the store she took care of everything over the phone. My insert was installed and works perfectly.they took care if everything. Thx guys!!!

Perfect Install! Surprise for my wife's birthday went off perfect thanks to your professional team!

I paid for a premium set of gas logs and got premium customer service as well! In a world where customer service doesn't exist, the Fireplace Place was a breath of fresh air. Betty did a phenomenal job. She recommended a gas company to run the gas line, helped pick out the set my wife would love, and everything went off without a hitch. Ben installed the logs. He was professional and he went above and beyond his job. He even took his shoes off to not track in anything onto the carpet. My wife is particular about things and he made sure it looked as though he was never there. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

It was a pleasant experience. Everybody there was professional and friendly, but Amanda did an excellent job. She showed me all the models in the showroom. The technicians were very friendly, and they did a great job with their quality. They cleaned my fireplace and sealed it up to make sure my fireplace had a good flow of fire before they left. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs a fireplace unit, because it's five times more energy efficient, and the service is great, too.

Came across The Fireplace Place while looking for gas logs for our fireplace. After much research, I found their prices to be the most competitive. Betty was super knowledgeable and helped me pick exactly what we needed. Keith did a wonder job installing, quick, clean and no problems. The whole process from beginning to end was great. Plan to use them again in the future for an outdoor BBQ.

Betty Hundley was very easy to work with and very responsive to my requests for different options for our direct vent fireplace. The crew arrived on schedule, removed the vent free fireplace and installed the new direct vent unit. they did a great job! Protected my wood floors, cleaned as they went, and hauled off the old unit. I elected to do the cement board and tile work. Here is the finished product in the attached picture. Very happy with how it all came out.

I found this business online when looking for a modern fireplace for our new home. Amanda and Betty were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time, very personable. They helped me with all my options, answered numerous questions, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. Ken and Keith installed and did an excellent job. Every person we worked with there went above and beyond in everything they did. Truthfully, in the middle of horrible stress & difficulties in the building process, working with the people at The Fireplace Place was a complete joy. I would never consider going anywhere else for of my fireplace needs!
