We have been going to Neil for many years. Both my wife and I have received excellent care. My wife's eyes take special treatment (Mono-Vision). The treatment has been excellent and well explained to her. Neil has treated us both after cataract surgery.

The front office is very friendly.

Place was clean and great customer service,and then comes the prices!!! Tried to sell me a year supply of contacts for 228$ and then argued that I couldn't get them any cheaper, after 1 minute on the net found them for 104$ for a years supply!!!! Very unprofessional of this lady to blauntently lie to my face!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was so friendly and courteous, especially for 8am on a Saturday morning! I made an appointment for an eye exam with the intention of getting glasses but decided last minute that I wanted contacts and they were so friendly and accommodating! I had never tried contacts before and was having some reservations, but Dr. Amanda Posey was very patient and walked me through it with ample encouragement! I would recommend The Eye Place to anyone that needs their eyes taken care of!

Overall experience was horrible. I'm shocked at the prices of everything that they offer. Frames are more than double the price they are at other locations. And the fact that every test to help prevent something or test for anything is a cost also. That is not offering quality care. Also once we weren't not going to purchase any frames because they were so expensive then none of the staff help d us or talked to us. It's sad that a doctors office is all about money and not the customers well being. We also arrived 20 minutes before our appointment and were not taken back until 30 minutes after our appointment time. We cancelled my husbands appointment on the way out and have already found somewhere a lot less car salesman and affordable. We will never return or recommend this business

I would recommend this practice to anyone. Extremely thorough eye exam by Dr. Almarales, and all the staff are professional and friendly. I was welcomed and made to feel I was the only person there. A positive experience from the time I entered until the time I left. The new facility is state of the art. Extensive frame selection from which to choose, and the optical staff know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!

Absolutely LOVE the new location off Washington St. Easier to find and excellent parking. The staff is always so friendly and helpful as well. The equipment is up to date and I could not be happier about the option to have a picture taken of my eye with the Optomap machine versus them dilating my eyes. If you are looking for a great eye place in Columbus, The Eye Place is THE place to go.

We are patients there. It is a place that cares for your eyes and their health. Our doctor is very personable and takes the time to answer our questions. I highly recommend them. I had been going to a large chain style location. They are acceptable for people who have generally healthy eyes and no major problems. The Eye Place cares for our eyes. 5 stars!

The Eye Place has taken care of my eye health for several years now and each time I make a visit I feel welcomed and as part of their family. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and care about you and your eye health. I especially like the thoroughness of my doctor and the use of the most updated eye care devises to go beyond simple vision testing.
