I've already moved out wasn't too bad when I first moved in, in 2009 i have been out of that complex for 3 years. However i have been going back and fourth with the IGNORANT ASSISTANT Manager Amber. who clearly needs to be trained as it seems she never was trained, in professionalism along with the current CA resident laws, and most importantly FAIR HOUSING. For most people who are not familiar with the laws i am sure get SCREWED big time. Thank god i had a copy of my lease agreement, as i am sure they were hoping i didn't. BAM in writing as Melanie requested so they can adjust the account NO BUY OUT amount was in the lease agreement yet they still tried to get money and they don't want to hear me out. Well this is definitely a FAIR HOUSING CASE. PEOPLE JUST BEWARE AND DO YOUR HOME WORK AS RESIDENTS, ESPECIALLY GOOD PAYING RESIDENTS WHO GET GET SCREWED IN THE END. IF I COULD GIVE 0 OR MINUS STARS I WOULD HAVE BUT THAT'S NOT AN OPTION. I AM NOT ONE TO POST BUT THIS COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO INVESTIGATED WITH THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THEY TRY TO RUN UNDER. I KNOW FOR SURE THEY WILL BE GETTING A VISIT FROM THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE FAIR HOUSING ALONG WITH AN INVESTIGATION. SO GIRLS I SUGGEST YOU GET THOSE FILES IN ORDER CAUSE AN AUDIT IS COMING YOUR WAY. SO BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED YOU GUYS HAVE SOMETIME TO GET YOUR ACT RIGHT!! GOOD LUCK!!

Very quite clean area staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish the movie room and sauna would stay open past office hours but other than that no complaints.

Listen people, I have lived here for almost 2 years and everyday gets worse and worse for me and my family. This apartment complex is full of cockroaches. Not full, infested with cockroaches. The staff in the office is full of people that don't care once you sign the lease. When you go to the office personnel expecuallly Courtney with any problems or recommendations you have them basically give you a I don't care about your problems or concerns vibe. They lie to you constantly before signing your lease saying all these amenities are so nice and everything but to use them it takes A act of congress. They will tell you that the pool is heated year around but I can tell you the pool almost has ice floating in it. I had 4 work orders out on lights that needed to be replaced and it took them 3 weeks to fix them using every excuse in the book to why it's taking them so long. When you are late on rent even by a day they will have the maitanice people put a notice on your door because the office personnel is too lazy to deliver it themselves. But it will have there signature saying they were the ones that served the paper. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location. But other than that I would stay away if I was you unless you like dealing with lazy liers in the office that struggle lifting a pen to sign your receipt paper for rent. And if you enjoy getting additude and sighs every time you approach them with a problem you had oh and did I mention getting your car Broken into. This is the place for you you will love it if you enjoy all the previous things I listed. You are not a customer here. You are a problem and nuisance from the moment you sign your lease

I've lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it. I am astonished by the bad reviews, because I've had nothing but great pleasure since moving here.
Management is professional with great customer service. All my neighbors are nice, and I've never had any problems. Only thing that can be frustrating is the lack of parking. Which honestly isn't a big deal.
Located within walking distance to a nice shopping center as well as MSJC.
Facilities are always clean and well kept, and landscaping does an amazing job at keeping the aesthetics looking beautiful. All around amazing place! Definitely would recommend.
