The first time we came we were just a walk in (and it was peak hours) so the wait was 2 hours. We made an appointment and came back and they took us back almost immediately. The staff were so friendly and caring to our dog, it made a huge difference in his comfort level. Plus, it is WAY cheaper than any other vet in town. We will be coming here for everything!

Prices are great but they rarely ever pick up the phone! Waits are also long even if you have an appointment. The whole point of an appointment is so you get seen at the time you are scheduled! I understand it's busy and walk-ins/emergencies are happening but they need better organization so I don't have to wait more than an hour after my scheduled time to be seen.

The wait is always excessive even with a appointment. The vet care is worth the wait. I would pay double for the quality of care my pets receive here, just fantastic.

I take my four dogs here, visited for many years and have never had a bad experience.
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable
The prices are very reasonable, and they even refer you to another vet if they dont offer the type of service you are looking for.
Overall Great Place!!!

My baby Bella was bit by a friend’s dog when we evacuated for Hurricane Irma as a group so as soon as we got home I came for a walk in appt. She was seen really quickly and treated very well, and for all of her follow ups we have gotten the same experience except sometimes it takes 3-4 hours even with an appointment. Still, it’s SUPER affordable veterinarian care from people who clearly love animals, so I will wait patiently so they can serve the most animals with the time they have.

This is a excellent place for animal services including vet care. I have never had an issue here. They treat their clients very well and the prices are very good (cheaper than normal vet prices).

While their bets are well trained and competent , I take exception at the "Reasonable costs" claim !!Reasonable for Who ??!! I suggest making an appointment and NOT being a walk-in unless you have plenty of time to kill.

It's really hard to get in touch with them on the phone. They rarely call back when you leave a message. I guess it's really cool that they offer affordable care for your pets, but if you can afford better, I would recommend it.

Very knowledgeable staff. Kind and courteous. It's hard to find a vet that I can trust with my dogs. Tamara is great! She treats them like they are her own. I highly recommend them.

I will never come here again. Appointment was at 12 and I had signed up to fast track.. around 1:30 I get told that it's taking just as long to fast track as it is to go back with your animal to see the vet, so they told me I could go back with my dog. Here it is 2:30 and I'm still waiting in this small secluded room. I've been told 3 times I would be seen next. I can hear coworkers laughing and cutting up yet here we are almost 3 hours after our appointment time and we are still waiting. I forgot to mention that I'm only here to get his yearly vaccine. I will never come back to this place again.

They work hard and they genuinely care. It is a very busy place but they do as much as they can. They really take care of their own. I adopted from them and the dog I got had some issues but even without an appointment, they always try to squeeze him in even if I had to wait till the end of the day. I am so grateful for all of their help. Without this place my dog would not have made it through these past couple months.
