Today I had an amazing experience with The Emergency Center! Leslie, Kady, Frankie and Dr. Huff made our visit easy, seamless and kind of fun despite the purpose of our visit. Frankie put our whole family at ease in the check-in process and was so kind to offer snacks for our daughter. Dr. Huff was such a character and was an exceptional doctor for us! We received wonderful and timely care all the while hearing amazing stories about his dog that made the whole day lighter. Having had a great experience here once before, today was another reason why we choose The Emergency Center in our time of need. Thanks to all of those who made our day better!

I had the best experience when I came here. I was treated with respect from the desk to the care from the doctor to the nurse and tech. I appreciated the kindness and being treated promptly. Everyone is so nice
Leslie in the front is so nice, Ram and Vince were nice in doing my tests, nurse Nate took my blood and I didn’t even feel the needle 😁and Dr.Huff is really sweet and very thorough.response / report this review -

This ER is the best ever. They look after you with the best care. They care for their patients. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and go the extra mile. In their hand one is safe Everyone one works as a team to the highest degree of medical emergency and care. Thank you so much. I appreciated the follow up and getting medical equipment to my home.

This was the best experience I have had at an emergency center or any type of urgent care center. I came in with a sick child and was greeted right away by Keith who was welcoming and very helpful. We were taken back right away. Our nurse Nate was very good with my child and took the time to explain everything to me. We met with Dr. Grueskin who was also very good with my kid and took his time to hear my concerns and answer any questions I had. From the moment I walked through the doors to when we left I never felt like we were being rushed through or forgotten about. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and made it a pleasurable experience for my kid and myself.

From Keith, my elderly mother received a warm reception & instant action to get her the care she needed. Max, Radiology Tech, has an impeccable attitude & assuaged my mother’s anxiety. He was ver patient & reassuring. Dr. Butler was equally as patient & very responsive to her needs & concerns. Nurse Frank has an amazing calm bedside manner. He was very nurturing & also very patient. All very knowledgeable & the care was instant, thorough & very professional. My mother was extremely pleased & very much at ease. Thank you very much The Emergency Center for you impeccable care & service.
