She knows how to match you up to your desired place, she works quickly in every stage of the home buying process, giving excellent referrals to other needed professionals (mortgage broker, title compsny etc.) and she worked diligently to get all wrinkles ironed out by closing date. Christine is the most curteous, patient, kindhearted, professional, considerate, and all around wonderful realtor I have ever worked with. She kept me updated on everything that was going on, she responded quickly, she double confirmed dates and sent reminders, and she is on time and professional. She was very considerate toward my family as we had 2 newborns in the house and she did everything she could to have the least intrusion possible as we had showings. She made sure that people came to view the house between the approved times and not one minute before of after. She is a wonderful woman to work with and I highly recommend her.

Christine Ans is a fabulous realtor!! She was the realtor for my in-laws' purchase of a home at Encore in Lithia, Florida. She answered every single question we had and then some. There were no questions unanswered. She had great communication with the sellers' real estate and the title company in Florida as well as great communication and coordination with the real estate in New York with the sale of their home.
