They are both attentive, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. From the first conversation with both, I knew I made the right choice.   We highly recommend working with The Dixon Group for your next home purchase. We first started working with Patrick with our loan process. He was very easy to work with and always available with any questions you may have. He got us an amazing interest rate for our mortgage loan. We were living in Buffalo, New York when we started our transition to Texas. That's when Tiffany took over. She took note of the kind of house and neighborhood we were looking for and took us around the Dallas/Ft Worth area showing us many different properties. Once we settled on our new home, she took over and communicated on our behalf with the builder. She was very professional and kept us in the loop with the building process. Working with the Dixon Group made our move to Texas a whole lot better. Thanks Patrick and Tiffany! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.

  Patrick and Tiffany were honestly the most amazing people to work with! I was starting to look into purchasing a home and my aunt had referred me to them. It was such a blessing she did. I knew I wanted to purchase a home, but I didn’t know what I needed to work on or where I needed to begin. After talking to them the first day, I knew I was in great hands. I can tell they had a great amount of experience and knowledge. They took their time to go through my whole file and guide me step by step on how we can make purchasing my first home a reality. Throughout the whole process they informed me with information so I would never be caught off guard. Not only did they give great guidance, they also had us prepared for hick ups that can happen along the road. Having people who were looking out for my best interest and keeping me updated with each step along the way allowed me to be comfortable through the whole process. Purchasing a home isn’t easy but they made the process feel simple. I will say that at the day of closing when they were going over all the information and documents I was impressed with how much I already knew in regards to all the documents and information. They had already broke down everything and because of their thoroughness I was prepared and it made it simple to close. My family and I will continue to work with them and recommend everyone to do so as well!
