  We love the Curtain Exchange. Jane and her staff are wonderful to work with. Initially we were looking just for curtains for our living room with approx. 25 ft ceiling, so we were nervous to make sure we got it right. Jane actually created custom curtain border for silk curtains they had are incredible in our house.. Next we did our dining room and returned a few years later for our remodel of Master Bedroom. And proud to say we are now working with Jane again on a project. Jane and her staff are fun to work with and have some great ideas and suggestion so be sure to check in with them for their thoughts on any projects you are doing.

  These are the nicest most knowledgeable people we have ever encountered. They measured and installed with no problems. In fact we have been back to order more as we were so pleased.
  The personal service and time they spent with us was a pleasure.
  In fact we have told our neighbors, who are ready for new curtains, to contact them because we are so pleased.
  In a day with big box stores this is a throwback to the days when each customer was special and treated that way.
  Therefore we want to give them our highest rating and a big THANK YOU !!!

  Beware!!! They are nice until the money has switched hands, then the worst customer service I've ever experience kicked in. The installation was a nightmare and promises were made and not kept. The owner, Jane, in my opinion, is the rudest person you will come in contact with. It's hard to believe she owns a business. Just call and ask to speak with her and you will see what I mean. She told me she has owned the business 17 years and been successful so if you don't like the service that is her attitude. On top of that there were parts missing on the hardware and the drapes were too long. If you want to feel appreciated as a customer when spending your money, my personal advice is to avoid this place and show the owner that you don't treat the people making your business successful like this.
  
  Jim did contact us and quickly took care of the situation. We appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to correct an unfortunate incident.
