Very friendly staff. A full sub is 15" and the ingredients were freshly prepared.

Very poor I will not return met a friend for lunch he got his food after we stood in line for 25 minutes the lady working proceeded to start making the order for the guys behind me they had a list of subs .. I'm still waiting just for my toppings.. 20 minutes later she does my toppings with theirs My sub is cold now on a tray and continues with the guys behind me and their order I ask to pay can I just pay. In a very nice way but she says l'm almost done then my friend comes up to counter says what's up I'm done eating we got to go we're going to be late yes 45 to 50 minutes only 4 poeple in front of us and all subs are $10 or over chicken was rubbery it sucked after all that. Word of advice if you want to throw your money away and go there tell them no you will make only my order your serving me now and you'll have a good lunch or just be late for work eat cold rubbery food WORST SERVICE at any sub shop and all they have to do is put meat on a bun with mayo that's it.

Good food big portions. The staff behind the counter is clueless they assumed my friend and i were with a big group that was behind us. Took my order started to make my sub then pushed it forward and made like 5 or more subs from the people behind us. Waited for over 5 minuets just to pay. almost walked out. Maybe they should fully staff the place before they open the doors. Waisted my lunch standing in line.

I've been there twice in the past month and I've had to ask them to change their gloves each time. Each time they answer the phone or cash out a customer then try to make my sub with the same gloves.

Staff is 10/10 but whoever is running this business is really starting to toe the line on how much profit they can eek out of customers.
Prices have climbed very quickly recently on all of their subs (easily averaging 10 dollars for a mid-range costing sub with no sides or drinks). Signing up for their mailing list in hopes for coupons or special deals yielded nothing but spam email to vote up their status in some local competition. The final nail in the coffin is their new rewards system. It used to be "buy 10 subs get the 11th for free with combo purchase". This system was scrapped for a new system which rewards you with a 5 dollar off coupon after spending 100+ dollars.response / report this review -

Decent subs, but a bit pricey for what you get. Better than Subway, but not as good as Firehouse subs.

Slightly high price in my opinion for what you get. The place is clean. I greatly prefer Mineo's but that does not mean Boardwalk is bad.
